Project was done well ,did not care on how I had to pay with my debt/ credit card. The application does not work had to send a check threw the mail and final payment I had to hand deliver it to the office. And then was told some times the error is on the user's end.

Good service and follow up.

As far as I can tell the foundation work was done accurately and correctly. My review on the floor joist and sill replacement is pending

Wonderful communication, knowledgeable and experienced team. Ethan, Grant, and Jose are superb! I needed some crawlspace repair completed prior to the sale of my home, and these guys made the experience feel not so overwhelming. Ethan took quality photos of each item that was addressed, took time to explain the necessary steps in the process, and communicated promptly at each turn. Grant and Jose worked tirelessly cleaning out heavy debris left from the previous owner, completed the multi-day job, and even left useable materials neatly stacked upon request, Notably, even though operating as a single female, I felt secure with this team, didnâ t feel railroaded, and feel confident that this team was a good choice.

Our project manager and installation crew were both prompt and polite. They did a great job communicating and made sure our questions were answered both before and during the project. The work was completed on time and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

I felt like Bluegrass was the most honest in regards to the actual work that needed to be completed. I was quickly able to get on the calendar for the foundation repairs that were needed on my home. I was very impressed with the team and the quality of their work. I highly recommend them!
