"They fixed the leak and put in a sump pump and water trench. The basement leaked 2 more times afterwards, but they returned to correct it right away. We were responsible all 3 times to repair the drywall and wood landing at the bottom of the stairs,so I called saying that I should not have to keep fixing those thing over and over. The CEO of the company called back and came out to the house himself to inspect. He had his people come out to the house again to do more that he felt would fix the problem for good, as well fixing the drywall and landing at no cost. It was a frustrating experience, but this company and it's CEO stood by thier work and made it right. I would use them again."

"Erie Homes completed a basement waterproofing for us on 11/20/23. We were impressed and pleased by the professionalism and communication at every phase of the project. Brandon expertly explained the Erie Homes waterproofing system, sump pumps, materials, and warranty and provided us with a quote and pricing details. Having being burned by projects in the past, we came back with a long list of questions and conditions. Brandon answered every single one, made sure that we were completely satisfied with the terms, and added our notes to the contract. Project manager Gage and the team that came to our home was quick and professional. They periodically filled us in on the progress and communicated any changes or concerns. When the project was completed, they walked us through and made sure we were happy with the work before leaving. Since finishing, we have had several rainy weeks and a completely dry basement. Based on the product, work, and customer service, we will be highly recommending Erie Homes to anyone needing basement or waterproofing work."

"They over charged me. Was done wrong the first time, had to redo but put another customer on front of me before they finished me. (2 day wait) . Left fruit peeling in the yard first day. I picked them up. Second team was very professional. Did everything in half the time. Very polite."

"The work that they did was first rate. The reason I did not give them a better rating was that they left my basement a mess. They said that they were going to clean up after my written review and then pretty much left me with an inch of dust on my basement floor to clean up. I should have watched them more closely."

"We thought that we had foundation problems causing leaks showing on our sheetrock in the basement. When TFS arrived to access the problem they were unable to find the problem without tearing out the sheetrock.. we decided to address faulty downspouts first in case that was the cause of the problem. TFS did a very good job with this project."
