TFS put in piers along our kitchen to raise the outside side up. It had a 4” drop. They did an excellent job. The cracks closed, doors open and close better now, no tile or granite cracked (amazing), and dishwasher shelves aren’t rolling back inside now! House is stabilized and can not drip now. Warranty is transferable too! Bravo to the polite, hardworking crew!!😍

Crew 04 run by Foreman Reuben were very polite, professional and diligent in their labors. They did a very good job of digging around my garage, installing the J drain and then digging and running piping across my yard to drain it away from the garage. I don’t usually leave reviews, but these guys truly earned it. From the first call to the final walkthrough, the team at KCS was fantastic — honest, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They explained everything in a way that actually made sense (which is rare in this industry), and I never once felt pressured or confused. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with respect. They kept everything clean, stayed on schedule, and the quality of their work was obvious right away. You can tell they take pride in what they do.

I had an overwhelmingly positive experience with KCS, and I am so glad I hired them to address the issues in my home's crawlspace. Brad was super communicative and very generous with his time from the outset, answering my many questions, including getting into the building science behind the approaches that would work best for my home. I appreciated his frankness with me, and the thorough evaluation he provided for my crawlspace with recommendations. Installation was completed by Daniel and crew 03, and it also proved to be a smooth experience. I am very happy with the quality of the install and super appreciative of Daniel being so easy to talk to and keeping me in the loop through the 3-day long project. Daniel even followed up several days after the project to see how the humidity level in the crawlspace was adjusting. I also want to say that whenever I had a question and/or needed to reach out to the main office, Nicole always answered and made those interactions positive and easy as well. Marlon with crew 2 worked under my 60 year old house with a small crawl space. They did a great job on my foundation. They endured rain and cold and managed to finish the job on time. I highly recommend KCS and this team.
