It was excellent. I have used them since 1998. They were very professional, always on time, and if you want it fixed they gonna fix it right the first time. They met with me personally to show me what needed to be done. I feel like they were honest and fair, that's the main thing. They were professional company.

We bought an 80 gallon HTP water heater on 1-30-17. In December 2018, the water heater quit working while still under warranty. They made 3 service calls to my home replacing the heating elements and thermostats. After the last service call. I found the water heater leaking which caused damage to our basement floor. They finally replaced the defective water heater but because they sold me a defective product, there was $1,300 damage to my basement. The service manager was supposed to call us back to talk about this damage but that call never happened. Pick another company.

"We change the heater out be for I was even told to replace the heater by HPT I have still not received credit on this from HTP. So you may wont to call them and tell them how you fill Senninger Plumbing warranty was up on the work we done the damage DID NOT COME FROM ANYTHING WE DONE sorry you fill this was. Simply tightened a nut or something and corrected the problem. Fortunately I caught it early enough that I saved extra expense of replacing drywall. There is an indention in the wall but I can live with that.

Excellent. They were able to fix something other plumbers had missed! Why? Because they have the expertise to diagnose a problem and quickly fix it! By the way, they have a lot of respect among other plumbers. They can fix drains, etc., too.

All right but it took a long time and the next time I had problems with it I called another plumber who was terrific and fixed in 15 minutes just knowing where the problem was.

It took a few weeks from start to finish, but that was largely due to waiting for gas company to get their part done. Senninger had to delay the installation once, but that was due to illness, and Steve kept me informed & was always great about returning calls, answering questions & keeping me in the loop. Work was completed neatly, and Steve made sure I knew how the new unit worked, how to reset, etc. I think the price was fair. I got one other estimate, and Senninger's price was about the same BUT I got a better unit AND they installed a water conditioner that should prolong the life of the water heater. On top of that they gave me a 10% Angie's List discount. What's not to love? I definitely recommend!

Both times I called they were here within an hour and both times were able to quickly repair the hot water heater without having to replace the unit.

Johnny arrived within the 1/2 hour timeslot and listened to my problems. He explained the knocking noise was a mild problem - just a missing pipe bracket, not water-hammer - and also explained what symptoms to look for if it got worse. He also fixed the toilet; it had an old and leaky valve that I didn't consider when I attempted to fix it earlier - and he did it really fast. Overall, his expertise was helpful - and I'm more comfortable knowing about the knocking noise without worrying about it. The cost wasn't bad either, if you're the type of person that appreciates expertise (it's nice to get in front of someone that knows what they're doing and learn from them). I spent about four hours attempting my first toilet fix, and would've taken another four for this one. I didn't even have to miss work and he did the toilet fix in about 15 minutes.

Great. They were able to give me options throughout the process. They were very prompt and professional. We opted to dig out the old line and replaced with flexible line. Had it done in one day. Other quotes couldn't match the price, customer care, or schedule.
