"I worked with James and he was fantastic to work with. We submitted my claim to insurance company and they denied it but James knew what to do next. We submitted and appraisal and my roof was covered. James is super nice and helpful. He would answer all my questions even if at crazy times of the day. "The crew showed up first thing in the morning. Took them 2-3 hours to remove the old roof and repair several pieces of roof decking. New metal roofing was installed and it looks great. They had to come back in the morning for a few hours to finish. All the guys were very professional and did a great job. Very happy with the work.
