We had Brian W. out to our home for an inspection in spring 2024, after we heard there was wind damage on other roofs near our neighborhood. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and very easy to work with. He even worked with our insurance company to make sure we were covered for a full replacement. We couldn't be happier with the customer service, pricing and care they provide to their customers. Their referral program is topnotch as well. It's easy to tell others about having such a great experience.

Wholesome business, went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our roofing needs. Indy Rooftops has spent several hours on the phone with my insurance to make sure they pay every dollar owed against the claim. We all know insurance companies can be slime balls in keeping their end of the bargain, but Indy Roof tops has a great legal footing to ensure insurance are held liable for their expenses. They are super easy to work with, communicates easily and clearly via text which is a millennialâ s dream for project management. When I do call, they instantly answer the phone no matter the hour- out of this world customer service! 100% recommend, so glad they knocked on our door after a hail storm, would never have known about the work needing done and now we will have a safe home for another 20+ years.

I had my entire roof, including ALL of the decking and new shingles replaced. (Fortunately, I didn't need any of my rafters replaced on my 70+ YO home.) My house is so much warmer and quieter than it had been before the replacement. Total cost around $10,000, including all of the decking. My house is not very large and only one story. That also includes new gutters and downspouts, which will be done in 1-3 weeks. (different crew). I love that Indy Rooftops was always in touch, which is more than I can say for another company I was considering. The other company seems to have ghosted me. No, I will not name them, because I don't think they are a bad company, just maybe a little too busy with bigger jobs than mine.
