"Roy, was very informative and actually took pictures of the problem areas and explained what could be done to fix the problem. After that discussion, he went and got the supplies to fix the problem. "Blue Ladder was extremely responsive to our request for an estimate, working with our insurance carrier and timely completion of the job.
