"Roy, was very informative and actually took pictures of the problem areas and explained what could be done to fix the problem. After that discussion, he went and got the supplies to fix the problem. Fixed the problem areas and retook pictures of were it (the roof) was fixed and again explained what he had done to correct the problem. The project took under 2 hours for him to fix."

"Blue Ladder was extremely responsive to our request for an estimate, working with our insurance carrier and timely completion of the job. "They Purchased to many materials, and did not give me a receipts to return them to store. I offered to give them to him he said he would be back and he never came, gave them to someone I knew I could not communicate with the workers due to language barrier. They did really good with roofing, they laced out tarp to catch nails and clean up was great."
