The gutter installation was professionally installed and looks very nice,the installer was easy to work with, I plan to have them finish the gutter system in the spring...this work was done on a room addition, the color was perfect to match the trim of the house...the price was very affordable..

It went very well. I sent an urgent message for help as my daughter’s ceiling was soaked. He responded within minutes, dropped everything that he was doing, and came to my house to fix it. That’s customer service!

First, I set up an appointment for House Mechanics to inspect a small leak on my roof 11/13/17. They never showed up. I waited, waited, waited, and finally called to see if someone was coming. They weren't. So I rescheduled for today, 11/20/17. They didn't show up again! If a company is busy and doesn't have time to take on more work, that's fine but be upfront about it. Don't make people wait around for contractors who never show up. Worst roofing company I have been in communication with. Find someone else.

He gave me the name of someone who was supposed to call and set up the appt but I did not hear from him. I called back a couple of different times with no appt scheduled. I called again and the owner said he would come out but then I am told the 1st fellow is coming. He called and asked to reschedule, I agreed. The next day he was running late but finally showed up. He did not bring a tall enough ladder to get to the second sorry but said from what he could see the roof was in good shape and that he could see where the roof more than likely leaking at my chimney. He told me he would get in contact with the owner and have him come out with the right ladder so they could give me a quote. He did tell me there was a minimum charge of $650 for them to even come out for a repair. After a few days went by I called and got ahold of the owner and asked him when they were going to come back out to give me an estimate. He told me that since I didn't have any hail damage he wasn't coming back. I told him I was expecting to get a quote to repair the leak at the chimney but he told me that they would not be able to do that for 3-4 months. Needless to say, I will not be contacting this company for any work in the future.

Fine, however they did not inform me when they were coming. Just assume the gutters we're cleaned.

I had good service from them. They did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anybody. They really did a good job. Price was very good. Quality was very good. My daughter is in the process of putting a new roof on her house and she will utilize them also.

Our experience with them was fine. Everything turned out fine. It was pretty quick. I think the only thing my wife was not too pleased about was I think the color they used was close to but not exactly what she wanted. It was not a deal breaker. That was the only drawback. The price was pretty fair.
