We were recommended to this company by our neighbor who also had his roof replaced. Charlie and his crew were very responsive to our needs and offered a solid product at a reasonable price. We are so very happy with the roof, gutters and Soffitts that were replaced. Really added value to the house and upgraded the appearance!

I am pleased with the work that was done.There is however room to improve their communications if their not going make it exactly on time.I do understand some unforscene issues.

I was really impressed by the crew utilized, on my roof, on their work efforts. The roof looks great and the cleanup was surprisingly well done. I did find 7 nails, 1 of which was aluminum ( and non-magnetic of course). The rest of which was stepped on and point down. so a magnet would not have attracted them anyway. They did a great job cleaning up afterward. Family owned business and will keep them at the top of my list for any other projects.

Charlie Means is the owner, he is an incredibly nice man, very responsive, very considerate. I would definitely recommend his company.

Weather was an issue... it was a bit tough getting this job started, as the forecast changed from day to day. One can't blame them for this, as Spring weather in Indiana seldom sticks to any schedule. But once his roofing crew got on the job, it was finished that evening at 6PM. Those men, with Jacob their crew leader, knocked it out fairly quick; only taking short breaks for water and a quick lunch which Jacob retrieved to keep things rolling along. I'm quite pleased with the outcome, as the old roof was really in bad shape and should have been replaced three years ago. Being an old out-of-square out building, the new roof really puts the rest of the structure to shame. Clean-up was excellent, not a speck of anything left behind. Charlie Means, owner of C & M Roofing, has a good group of workers and I'd highly recommend him and these men for their work and stick-to-it-ness.

They exceeded my expectations for professionalism and attention to detail. Charlie's' estimate wasn't the lowest and it certainly wasn't the highest, but it was the most honest. By that I mean he told me what needed to be replaced and what could be reused, when other contractors wanted to simply replace everything, when I could clearly see that most of the rafters were still in good condition. While several other contractors were just going to place a new roof on top of a rotten section of rafters in order to get the estimate lower Charlie was the only contractor who gave me a honest assessment. I would highly recommend C&M to anyone and will be using them on other my home improvement projects.

Charlie was great, the crew was fast, efficient and friendly. I got quotes from other vendors but C & M the real standout. They wanted to start the next day. They did what they did, when they said they'd do it. Very helpful and easy to work with, my roof replacement was through an insurance claim and they made working with my mortgage company and insurance company smooth and easy. If you need work done, don't bother with anyone else, call C & M.

Great experience, owner came to my home the day I called for info and an estimate and was totally prepared to install the NEXT day! Super, appreciate all the workers' hard work!

They gave me an estimate the same day I requested one. After meeting with Charlie and agreeing to go ahead they installed the new roof the next day. I had gotten a run around with several other contractors. If you need work done, you need to call these guys.

C&M Roofing was top shelf all the way. Charlie Means runs a class act business,excellent service and the crew did a beautiful job replacing the entire roof. Clean-up was happening throughout the entire day. The job was done when Charlie said it would be done. If you want a roof done right, I suggest you call C&M.
