Legacy did a great job and providing work on our house. Communication was very good. They came in one day and took care of the roof. And cleaned up very well. Later came and did the gutters and they look great. Very thankful that everything went well and appreciated the extra care they took on our home.

Wow! What an amazing experience from start to finish. The owner of the company greeted us promptly at our scheduled time, took additional time to not only tell us what was wrong with the gutters , but showed us and explained how to correct the issue from happening again. (Additional downspouts) The color options provided were extensive, but not overwhelming. The job was completed the next week, in one day. The two man crew that completed the job was respectful, confirmed color and most importantly went above and beyond to ensure that they did an above average clean-up. (I’m especially grateful for this due to small children and dogs). I will definitely be reaching out to this company in the future when it’s time to replace our roof. I’ve already entrusted their work to my elderly mother.

Great work, easy to work with Dave, the owner. He was patient while we contemplated color because there are many, many alternatives. Scheduled promptly after that, taking into consideration our schedules. Kept us informed about progress and the materials, dumpster, and workers all showed up on time. Worked with us on costs. Looks great and the problem was solved.

Indy legacy builders recently completed a new roof, gutters, and copper roof above our bay window. Dave provided a preliminary assessment of our roof and estimate. After filing an insurance claim Dave came back to our home and met with the adjuster to discuss the hail damage found on the roof and gutters. There were multiple supplemental attachments provided by Dave, that I submitted to insurance as the insurance company didn't account for certain variables and material costs. Scheduling was flawless with Indy Legacy Builders. They removed our old gutters, replaced rotten fascia, and trim. We had painters come out and paint the new trim and siding before the new roof and gutters were installed. Dave's crew were early to the job and worked into the evening completing the roof in less than 36 hours. Gutters, and the bay window copper roofing were installed to finish it off. All landscaping was covered well for the demo and magnets were rolled all around the house and landscaping to remove any excess nails from install. The shingle warranty was promptly sent over to us for our records. Dave worked with us and insurance to get the job done. I recommend Dave to my friends, family, neighbors, and clients. You will be in good hands.

Everything went smoothly. Had them come out, they gave an estimate, scheduled a time and day for them to come out and do the repairs. Noticed that the leak was not fixed the first time called back and came back and completed the repair. Would highly recommend! Very professional.

It’s too bad Angi limits the stars to five, because our experience with David and the crew of Indy Legacy Builders definitely warrants more. In the past 18 months our home weathered several hail storms that led to insurance reimbursed roof replacements for all the homes in my neighborhood, with the exception of ours. After three insurance inspections, multiple claims filed, AAA was still denying our storm damage claim(s). About two months ago David was passing through our neighborhood, by chance he ran into my wife and before long our ailing roof became the topic of focus. I later met with David, and within a couple minutes it was obvious his knowledge of insurance adjudication, insurance law and building code was second to none. About two weeks later AAA sent out another inspector, this time David was on the scene as our advocate. In a very professional manner he ensured that the inspector accurately documented damage and provided indisputable hail maps confirming our home was in the path of the aforementioned storms. Three days later our claims were finally approved, three weeks after that a new roof and gutters was installed courtesy of AAA and Indy Legacy Builders. If not for David and his team, we’d still have a damaged roof and the prospect of having to pay for a new roof exclusively out-of-pocket.

Indy Legacy Builders completed all work relating to our roof replacement on the previously agreed day, in the time frame indicated band with cleanliness completed to better than it was before they started. Great communication from staff both verbal and written. No unexpected surprises from start to finish. Must say…” a job well done”.

I can't recommend David & Indy Legacy Builders enough! Our roof needed replaced after the summer storms and after a lengthy insurance claim approval process using a different national contractor recommended by our insurance adjuster, we sought a second opinion when that original contractor started getting super pushy and disrespectful. Red flags were going up and we needed to find someone we could trust who wasn't going to take advantage of us. We'd heard good things about Indy Legacy Builders on ANGI, and I'm so thankful we asked them to take a look at our project. Our roof was replaced less than a week after contacting them and the crew worked hard to tackle the job and finish in one day! Everything happened on time & I was thrilled to find out that they had taken the extra care to cover/protect items in our landscaping. It was very easy to work with Indy Legacy Builders. From the first phone call to them letting them know that I had an insurance approval for our roof and gutter replacement, to the final payment after work was completed, David was knowledgeable, thorough, and went above and beyond. Every crew that was at our house was respectful and did fantastic work. We have young kids and all of the nails were picked up and no trash was left behind. The roof and gutters were great, and David was sure to register the roof for our warranty. Every question I had was answered, and quickly.
