"Soon after we moved into our house in 2019, one of the two sump pumps we had was not fully draining on its own. We called and let them know of the issue. About two days after the initial call they sent out a tech, he was on time and happy to help. Took a look over the sump pump that was not draining correctly and asked a few questions. Quickly figured out the issue, it needed a part so that it could drain properly on its own and without us needing to manually drain it ourselves as we had been doing the past few times it rained. Thank goodness!! Had the part readily available in his truck, had it installed within 15 minutes. The issue was fixed right away and we have yet to have another issue with the sump pumps. These guys are awesome, knowledgeable of their products and systems, and have wonderful customer service. I always recommend Everdry for anyone’s sump pump and waterproofing needs!"

"Josh and Mike arrived on time and quickly went to work to diagnose our low water pressure problem.  They started with an inspection and as they probed deeper into the system they updated me on what they were investigating and what the repair cost would be if a problem was found with those system components.
The information provided on pros & cons of my options for the repair was very helpful and allowed me to make an informed decision.  As part of their investigation an unrelated issue with the foundation drain tile was found, which they documented with pictures for me.
As a suggestion, because there are always opportunities for improvement, C&J might consider a better system for organizing inbound calls, scheduling work and communicating back to customers.  It makes sense that they must prioritize the customers who have no water and the team was very friendly but not sure of how long it would take to get to my job on our initial contact.
I will absolutely use C&J again if I need help with my well!

I called Plumbing, Heating Paramedics and was able to schedule a time a few days later. The service team member was friendly, professional, he wore a mask and booties. "Hoosier drain is a great company with very reasonable prices! We lost our pressure due to an old pump, and when it couldn’t be replaced they worked fast to get our new well drilled. Hoosier drain even provided us with a temporary fix by dropping a new pump on our old pump until they were able to get drillers out with no extra charge. We were given estimates day 1 and had no surprises at all on the cost. Dave and his team (Matt, Baylon, Damon and more), were very educated and made sure to explain everything clearly so we understood each step and could make educated decisions on how to proceed. They used a third party for drilling, yet still helped fill the holes the drilling truck made- again without even being asked. "Kevin arrived early  the first day he replaced a  bathtub in one bathroom and then replaced vanities in both upstairs bathrooms,this was over the perod of two weeks.
He then had to re route plumbing in both bathrooms for the new vanities.
Kevin then started replacing the flooring of both bathrooms,then he totally took out all upstairs carpeting and replaced it with laminate which was installed perfectly.
Daily the cleanup was done better than I would do on any normal day tarps were put down throughout the house there were no issues with debiris anywhere in the house during this 2 weeks
We cant stress enought how clean he kept everything every day.
His prices were well under all of the other quotes we had received.
We will probaly have some kitchen work done and will definately have him do the work.
