"Everdry installed a French drain system inside our crawlspace and outside of our home, encapsulated our crawlspace and installed a sump pump. We were happy with all the work they performed and would recommend them to anyone."

Customers say: Quick response
"My wife and I found "our plumber"! We had just moved in the house a month before a clogged main line caused gurgling in the downstairs drains and backups in the downstairs toilet. As I was desperately searching the internet for a plumber, Dave from Root 'N Toot 'N called on a tip from Home Advisor. He provided a quote, came out that afternoon (on a Saturday!), and fixed the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and even stuck to his quote after spending an extra hour helping us locate our drain cleanout (buried under landscaping). Dave is a class act, and highly recommended!"

"Josh and Mike arrived on time and quickly went to work to diagnose our low water pressure problem. They started with an inspection and as they probed deeper into the system they updated me on what they were investigating and what the repair cost would be if a problem was found with those system components.
The information provided on pros & cons of my options for the repair was very helpful and allowed me to make an informed decision. As part of their investigation an unrelated issue with the foundation drain tile was found, which they documented with pictures for me.
As a suggestion, because there are always opportunities for improvement, C&J might consider a better system for organizing inbound calls, scheduling work and communicating back to customers. It makes sense that they must prioritize the customers who have no water and the team was very friendly but not sure of how long it would take to get to my job on our initial contact.
I will absolutely use C&J again if I need help with my well!

"They were unable to clear the drain through exhaustive effort, and quoted a pipe replacement that would be required to finish the job. The quote to do that work was about $4800.00. I chose to get a second opinion, and they suggested the same repairs, but the quote to do the work was just over half the price quoted by Mr. Rooter. I used the other company and they were great."

"ONLY PROBLEM WAS THEY TOOK UP THE DRAINAGE PIPE WAS NOT HOOKED UP TO THE NEWE LINE, THE REASON WAS THAT THE CODE NO LONGER ALLOWS THAT, IT CAUSED WATER TO BACK UP IN OUR BASEMENT"

Landscapers typically charge $25 to $50 per person per hour, which equals around $50 to $100 per hour for a two-person crew. These rates can vary depending on your location, the size of staff needed for the job, and overall job type. For example, a larger crew will be needed for structural additions and hardscaping versus planting flowers.
When it comes to landscapers, licensing laws vary. Landscaping architects are required to be licensed in all 50 states, whereas traditional landscaping contractors are not typically required to hold a certification. You’ll likely be working with a landscaping contractor for most residential projects. If you are redesigning your whole yard or adding in hardscape features, you will work with a landscaping architect at some point during the project. Be sure to check our state licensing tool to review the local landscaper guidelines.

The cost to install a drain pipe is $600 on average, but the total can range between $150 and $2,000. Some cost factors that influence your project price include the type of drain, the area’s accessibility, the proximity of existing drain lines, and whether you’re installing a new drain or replacing an old one. Replacing the p-trap or s-trap under a single fixture will usually cost around $150, while replacing a main drain pipe can cost well over $2,000.
Yes, most states require plumbers to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed plumber could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations.

We highly recommend leaving the work of replacing drain pipes to a professional plumber. Drain pipes are a key part of your plumbing system, and making mistakes during the installation or even using the wrong size pipes for your specific fixture can lead to an elevated risk of leaks and clogs. Additionally, drain pipes prevent harmful sewer gas from entering your home, so hiring a professional plumber is essential to keeping the risk of leaks and clogs low and avoid reducing your indoor air quality.
