They not only showed up on time, every time they were available immediately.

They came and cleared out my main sewer line, but made the kitchen drain worse by pushing the blockage deeper into the pipe so that I can no longer run the dishwasher. Then they rescheduled my appointment due to a call off for the next week. I paid for a job that has not been completed yet. TLDR did half the job they were paid for.

They did an excellent job

Did a great job installing a replacement gas water heater. Very satisfied.

The water heater was apparently way overpriced. It would have been nice to see a breakdown of parts and labor. Next time I will do far more research, but my wife had just had surgery and we needed hot water.

I am so pleased with this company. Mark Lambert came when he said he would and walked me through everything he did. I love the fact that he was honest with me. He gave me several options and explained everything to me. He didn't push me to getting anything-he just let me know all my options. He even answered questions I had about other plumbing issues and explained why I was having the problems and how they could be resolved. I will definitely be using this company again and will be referring you to others. The main thing is my initial issue was resolved quickly and professionally. Thank you so much.

Dan and Kyle were amazing. Showed up on Monday to provide an estimate, walked me through my options, did NOT steer me toward the most expensive choices. Helped me choose the right balance of bang for the buck. Then came back the very next day - the Tuesday before Thanksgiving! - and hooked up our water heater booster in time for the guests to arrive. No more having to "ration" the showers so tightly this year! Really helpful, polite, and funny, friendly people. Did great work too. Don't go with the big national chains, hire these folks.

I cannot emphasize how appreciative I am of 24-7. I contacted them after another company came out to my home for a clogged drain and ended up breaking their equipment in my line and subsequently claiming that I had a collapsed sewer line pipe that would require thousands of dollars to replace. I informed 24/7 that I was a bit mistrustful and asked if I could watch them as they ran a camera through my lines. They not only accommodated my request, but they also did so in a manner that didn’t make me feel like I was being a pest and it was greatly appreciated. We discovered nothing was collapsed and that the prior company’s camera was simply struggling to get past a transition in pipe sizes and was getting stuck on the lip of the smaller pipe. 24-7 saved me thousands in erroneous repairs and I couldn’t be more thankful!

Zach was extremely helpful and explained everything along the way from what my options were to what exactly he was doing. He was very patient and took his time with the repair and the garbage disposal he replaced works great!

We're ready to schedule as soon as I asked for a quote. Sent a picture of the guy who was coming and let me know he was able to come early if I wanted. Mark was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly and we saved $300 vs the other quote we received. They also were able to install the same day they made the quote.
