"Sat at 6AM my well sprung a leak and a gusher was shooting out of the ground. I call CJ at ^AM and the owner Josh answered (wow!). He said his excavation crew couldn't come come until Monday. I had weekend guests and wasn't too keen on going all weekend with no water in the house. Joosh asked me a couple questions. Do have a basement (yes I did) and is there a window in the basement (yes there is). From that he offered to send a crew to hook up a temp water supply to the house to get us trough the weekend. about 10AM on Sat two CJ repair guys showed up and hooked a bypass line from the well head through the basement window and tapped onto the main water supply line in the basement. What a life savor idea and our weekend went WELL ( no pun intended). Then on Monday morning the excavator crew shows up at 10AM and by 1PM the leak in the well pipe in the ground is fixed. I guess the u Bolt holding the pitless adapter to the casing rusted and broke, thus the water was pushing out as the pitless seal was now loose. The CJ crew explained all of this and kept me informed. My experience with Josh and his crews at CJ was top notch all the way! Thanks Josh for answering your phone on Saturday at 6AM repairs"

They tech didn’t explain what he found clearly and told me I should get a new furnace. 3 days later, I never received a call back to get a quote or my emailed receipt although they did cash my check. "I contacted Service Plus/Hope Plumbing on a Friday around 4 p.m. after the gas company shut off service due to a leak, leaving my tenant without heat. They charged a $675 diagnostic fee (which they later offered to remove) and quoted $2,130 for repairs, promising the total would be no more than that. After more than eight hours on-site, they said all leaks were fixed and the line was holding pressure. An hour later, the gas company retested the line and it failed. Despite repeated calls, no one returned until Monday at 11 a.m., nearly 40 hours later. The new technician said the home needed a full re-pipe for an additional $1,500 and told us the account would go to collections if we didn?t pay for the failed repair. He also asked my tenant if she wanted the gas turned back on despite an active leak. I hired Absolute Comfort, who found and fixed the real issue in under 30 minutes for $650. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend them."

"75 years old house with a very small bathroom decided to convert tub to a shower .spent over $17,000. I?m trying to love it but I can?t sales lady didn?t take into consideration the size of bathroom. I had about 16 inches between toilet and tub . shower door handle sticks out past the wall by about a half an inch - I hit my arm on it. If you don?t move the shower door towards the front, you hit your head on the handle. I ordered a niche which couldn?t be installed on the side they refused to give me any type of refund. My only choices were to put the niche on the back wall, which I did not want or I had the option of taking two corner shelves, which were ugly because you could see the bracket underneath them. So am out that money Installation team consisted of one man very nice guy however when he was taking the old tub pieces out, put a big scratch in my woodwork, would I do it again no absolutely not."
