"I was planning to clean the sofas & carpet when our kids returned to school. With college and high school students home full time, the daily wear and tear had taken its toll. Unfortunately, one sofa & the carpet were stained by ?, forcing me to seek a cleaner before our time at home had ended. I was very pleasantly surprised with how clean everything looked when Prestigious Carpet Care was finished - one of the stains was very dark, and there is only a very slight (1%?) discoloration now, only noticeable if you know where to look. All odors are gone, and everything looks like new. I would definitely hire Prestigious again, and won't wait for an accident the next time!"

He did a thorough job of cleaning our entire house carpet (it's white).  He did not rush through the job.  This is the first tiime he cleaned this carpet but we have had him 3 or 4 times previously with our old carpet and he has always done an excellent job.

"My technician Joe was on time, professional and did a great job. The cleaning product has a great smell and the furniture looks great. "I wish I had taken a before and after picture of the carpet.  I seriously considered replacing the carpet it was so bad.  The cleaning with something called a roto vac did an unbelievable job. I swear the carpet looks new!.  Allen is the owner/operator and was on time and one of the nicest people I have ever met. I am so glad to have found him on Angie's List and will never use another carpet cleaner again.  He did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him. you will not be disappointed."

"Service was great, especially for the price paid. i had purchased a deal through Living Social. Scheduling was easy. I called, left a voicemail, and received a call back within 24 hours. I would definitely use this company again.

The only issue I had was our appt was at 9:00am. I requested to meet earlier, but that was not possible. And due to traffic (which I already knew was very bad), they were about 40 mins late. I called around 9:30am, no answer, and left a voicemail saying that I would only wait 15 more mins. I received a call back immediately apologizing for not calling me that he was going to be tardy due to traffic. He had not saved my phone number the last time we had talked. 

Either way, the carpet cleaning worked so well, that this one issue does not prevent me from using him again or referring him to others. It has saved me from having a replace a room of heavily stained carpet."
