We had to reschedule due to the weather, and he was flexible and accommodating, working with me and the former owner to book a convenient time. "The mover called me an hour before the scheduled move time to confirm what items needed moved. He was on his way to get the second guy and get to my house by 10am. After a severe lack of communication, the movers finally showed up and got started around 1:45pm. This was a huge inconvenience because I had other plans to get the rest of my stuff moved that day. The owner, Carlos, got back to me eventually. He was "Out on the water with bad reception." Carlos offered a discount for the inconvenience, which was appreciated. The movers did not bring the dolly they needed to move the piano although I listed the piano in the quote and told the mover on the phone that morning there was a piano to be moved. Once everything else was moved, they were supposed to come back later in the day with the dolly to move the piano. I did not hear back from the movers until after 9:30pm. They were not able to get the equipment they needed in time and promised to come first thing in the morning the next day, Saturday, to move the piano. I did not hear back from the mover at all on Saturday. The owner was surprised to hear this and said he would get another crew to come out on Sunday. It was after 5pm on Sunday before the other crew came around to move the piano. The move was successfully completed by 7pm on Sunday. Altogether, this could have gone better."
