Definitely the worst company that you can imagine, their crew didn't take any care when loading my belongs into the truck they were literally throwing everything without any organization at all, which got most of the things damage during its travel. They damaged my walls during the pick up, had one member of their crew the entire time on his mobile phone, didn't pick a single box and saw him dozens of time after his partners just asking "How much will I get paid for this work", I was told that was his 1st day, by the way. After all this frustration and disappointment, I called their customer service and they weren't paying attention at all in everything that happen, as bad as the experience, they were just worried about collecting the payment, even mentioning that member of their crew hadn't worked at all, so they just send your home random guys that has no experience, responsibility and commitment at all, but they do want get paid as they would. Believe me, avoid this company as much as you can and safe yourself from bad experience like mine, this company is a shame.

The guys were very professional and treated my household goods as if it belonged to them. I could not ask for better movers. They really made the move into my new home a pleasurable experience. Would hire them again in a heartbeat!!

The moving team responded in a timely, professional manner at a very reasonable cost that resulted in a non-stressful relocation from the state of Ohio to New Mexico, USA. My household goods were delivered just one day after I personally arrive in Las Cruces, NM and the mover only required an hour or so to move my household goods into my new home. The communication between myself and Moving Ahead Services was fast and efficient, and I was provided with continuous updates about the status of my move. Keshon and Timothy were our crew. Wow. I'm impressed. The. Best. Movers. I. Have. Ever. Used. They called me to see if they could come early. We weren't near ready. Didn't fase them. We had two dogs- standard poodle puppy and a toy poodle. They helped me put the dogs in the bathroom when they got out of the house. They were so kind, patient and sincere to my elderly Mom. They moved things out of the way quickly and efficiently and then patiently placed the dressers just where Mom wanted. Things were VERY dusty. Never a complaint. They found cash- immediately pointed out to me or my son. I asked for a large TV to go in my car- done. I would trust these guys to come not only back but to be in our home while I'm at work - something that I would rarely do. They are THAT professional. Excellent, hardworking gentlemen. Highly, extremely recommend them. (I'm very picky.)

This is by far the best moving company I have every worked with. The moving crew was well trained, professional and worked so hard! They were outstanding! I will use this company in the future. Very good experience!

I will describe the experience as mediocre. The guys got the job done, but they complained about having to lift heavy object up a tight space through a staircase and made me sign a waiver saying they were not liable if house or items were damaged. They manager to get the job done(I had to help them) but I hired this company to move those things so I wouldn't have to, and I wanted professionals that would guarentee no damage. If I would've known before hand that they were going to complain about the job I hired them to do, and that they wouldn't be responsible for damages caused for the job they were paid to do... I would have searched elsewhere. Was not impressed.

Went very well. Company showed as scheduled. No scratches to furniture and no breakage. Have used before and would use again.

Marlon, Vlad, Bryan, Elijah and Kearis worked their butts off! Our move took place in the rain, and these poor guys were drenched and tired, but they never gave up. They pushed themselves beyond their energy levels and were wonderful to deal with. They had great manners, excellent attitudes, and solid work ethics. I would hire Moving Ahead Services again. They were--hands down--the best moving company that I have ever hired. Thanks again, Gentlemen. You have a solid leader in Marlon. Do whatever he tells you, and you will be successful.

I had originally contracted with another company, who showed up on our scheduled moving day and then left refusing to do the job, saying we had too much stuff. I had gotten an estimate from this company as well (I think their name in Cincinnati is We Help Moving), and they came out the next day and moved us. All the guys were great, and the crew leader Thomas was fantastic. We were so grateful that they fit us into their schedule, with the crew even coming down from Columbus because they didn't have a crew available in Cincinnati that day. The guys were so efficient, and never complained that we had too much, just got the job done, and in less than 7 hours. Because we had told them that the other company refused to move us after saying we had too much, they sent an extra guy for free. All our stuff fit in less than 1.5 truckloads, and they just kept laughing and couldn't believe it that the other company said it would take 4 loads to move us. We don't plan on ever moving again, but we would highly recommend this company, I would trust them with any sized job. After feeling completely abandoned by the other company, it was so nice to deal with an honest company with great workers.

Installation instructions from manufacturer followed precisely but looked terrible. Photos taken and Romik company called. They sent different mounting brackets with similar results. More photos sent and Romik advised to install them entirely opposite of their instructions and illustration. When installed the third time they were ok. Truck Worx was very patient with me and went to great lengths to satisfy me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The movers arrived early; evaluated what need to be done and started working right away. They were very efficient and careful and asked for instructions when in doubt. We would definitely use this service again.

Very happy with the movers. The crew of 4 was very professional. I hired them to move a very heavy cabinet style table saw to the basement. They did this without any damage to the wood flooring, wood steps, or pergo flooring. Very happy with the team.

Did not return call and did not use

Other than arriving a half hour late (but called to say had to put gas in truck, so would be late) and taking extra time to get from location 2 to location 3 (traffic), the 2 gentlemen did a good job. Professional, courteous, did their best to move everything in an organized and timely manner. We were using a grouoon and ended up paying extra, but the multiple locations were the reason. Also an extremely hot day - didnt slow them down!

The team showed up early and worked hard to load my things into the moving van. There were a few small/medium gouges in the drywall after they were complete. The two men worked hard into the afternoon to move all items out of the van and into the new house with no damage.

We moved my parents into assisted living last weekend, and your guys were patient and understanding about some of the last minute changes and decisions we had to make. They were careful and respectful, communicated well, and worked efficiently. I will be sure to recommend your company whenever I get the chance! Thanks again!

Unbelievably hard working employees. The four of them went non-stop from the moment of arrival and in fact had already started disassembling-protecting-wrapping while the team leader was reviewing the paperwork-agreement with me. They arrived around 8AM and moved like ants on steroids... so much in fact that at 10AM, I provided danish and coffee. They impressively finished packing and loading by 12:30PM at which time, I provided a fast-food ( yuk! lord, forgive me) lunch. Three men, not four, unloaded the truck at the destination, quickly and efficiently (in under 1 -1/2 hours). I was please to add a modest $100 gratuity for these men. Thanks for a job well done.

I could not have asked for my move to go any smoother - I was very impressed with the company and especially my movers, Nate and Ladaryl! Talk about 2 hard workers!!! I will definitely recommend Moving Ahead Services to anyone I know that is moving.

We recently used Moving Ahead Services for the second time to finish our local move. We were very pleased with the service we received for both moves. They were very flexible and accommodating with scheduling. And the moving crews were fantastic. We were fortunate enough to have Thomas as the crew leader for both moves. Aaron was also on both moves. Those guys were excellent - very efficient and respectful of our property. We had a few pieces that were quite challenging to move to the basement, and Thomas and Aaron were persistent and creative in getting them in place. They're the best! We would definitely use Moving Ahead again, and recommend them to others. Thank you.
