"I have a contract for regular service through Smith IPM for pest management for the past few years. Jeromy and his team continue to amaze me. The whole team is knowledgeable, courteous, flexible, on-time, and responsive. For almost the whole time that I have been their customer, I have only had a small wasp issue in the eaves of my house, which was promptly taken care of within 24 hours of my notifying Smith IPM. When the weather started to get cold, I have seen a few spiders, and the most recent visit, Smith IPM made sure to address any areas that needed a little extra management. Brody even tried to help me with my spider mite problem that came with a plant someone sent to me."

"Scam of a company. They charge you monthly for a service that they NEVER complete. I?ve been stuck in a contract with them since like May. The ONE time they?ve came out they stuck a dollar store ant bait trap on the counter and that was it. I?m pretty sure they make their own reviews on google because this page seems more accurate to how terrible they are as a business. If I was stealing someone?s money for a job I didn?t do I?d get in trouble so I?m not sure how they get away with it. Going forward when someone comes to my property trying to sell something it?s gonna be an unpleasant situation since I have no soliciting up. AVOID HAWX AT ALL COST!"
