Make sure you read all the 1 star reviews. It's a very accurate description of this business. They charged me $119 to come out and treat the inside and outside of my house. The tech was here literally less then 5 minutes to apply Both. The salesmen promised me they would spray all around and treat the outside. Her promise was if the first treatment didn't get the job done after 14 days of application they would come out free of charge. Well long story short I haven't noticed a single change in the amount of spiders and huge carpenter ants in my house. When I called to have them come back out they told me they couldn't help me for more then 2 weeks. Not the best customer service for a company that is having you sign a quarterly deal of $119 every three months and giving you nothing in return.

It went great - DJ was awesome. They were out last year for the same issue - when it gets cold out the mice try to come in. They were all gone within two weeks & we never saw signs of them again.

D.J was our technician and did a great job as always. Insight is great about also spraying inside whenever we notice more 'critters" in the house than the normal one or two that get in regardless of what you do. They leave a vm reminding you when they're due to come, they always leave a note about what they found and did, and the customer service is great - both on the phone and with any of the tech's we've dealt with.

DJ Clayton was the Insight serviceman. He did a great job and explained what steps I should take if the problem occurred again. So HOT the day he had to spray the house, and he was very pleasant and didn't complain at all. Glad I switched from Terminex years ago...

It was pretty good service. What I didn't like was you pay a deposit and then you're under a contract for a whole year and you have to pay a monthly fee. I didn't really have any pests but the house is old so I didn't want any carpenter ants or anything so I just used it for a year. I told them I was having trouble with the mice and he got up in the ceiling and in the basement and he found the nests. He found the problem where the cable company had installed the wiring and didn't seal around it. We stuffed steel wool and some foam insulation around there and I haven't had any problem. There was just a little gap. They were very good, punctual. They came when they were supposed to. After the interior was treated I didn't have to be here and they just sprayed the exterior.

Fair to okay. For 3 years I've asked them to rid the front porch of carpenter bees, which they've never been able to do.

We can spot treat for carpenter bees on your quarterly services at no cost, but carpenter bees are not a covered pest in our service agreements. I do understand that this can be very inconvenient for some customers. Carpenter bees are a seasonal pest and their activity drastically decreases in warmer weather. We are able to treat the areas that they dwell, but we are unable to guarantee they will not return. The pest industry as a whole struggles with carpenter bees simply because there is no treatment that will keep them from returning to your home. We recommend that you plug the holes they have drilled with wood dowels, caulk, or putty, and also paint your wood with latex paint. Please let us know how we can further assist you."

The tech was on time and very helpful. He cleaned all the cobwebs from the eve of the house. He even cleaned them from our 2 story entry way. He sprayed for insects around the perimeter of the house and internally in our problem areas. Then he treated the active Mole hills in my yard. He provided mouse traps and told me the best places to keep them. He was very nice and gave great service.

First couple years were great, and the bug guy stayed at least 30 mins working all around our house. The past couple years though, the guy would stay 5 mins or less and not even walk around to the back of the house. He stopped leaving invoices on the door also, so we have no idea and no indication that he did anything at all except show up, dust around the front of the house and sit in his truck. LAZY! Total waste of money so we have switched to a different company.

The insight representative cleaned areas that are hard to reach in the garage and the exterior of our home. He also sprayed an eco-friendly pesticide on the perimeter of the home and also did mosquito control. He was on time and the service took less than an hour. He was courteous and answered questions.

They do exterior. They are pleasant. They are nice. When they knock on the door to make sure there are no problems they can address while they are there. They are pricey. They do show up on time.

Appointment was at 10, but tech was a little late (1030 ish). He did everything the salesman said would be done. Wore shoe covers in the house and was careful of car when in the garage. Happy with the service I received today.
