"Thank you for your feedback. Regarding your issues with carpenter bees, we have several options for treatments. We can spot treat for carpenter bees on your quarterly services at no cost, but carpenter bees are not a covered pest in our service agreements. I do understand that this can be very inconvenient for some customers. Carpenter bees are a seasonal pest and their activity drastically decreases in warmer weather. We are able to treat the areas that they dwell, but we are unable to guarantee they will not return. The pest industry as a whole struggles with carpenter bees simply because there is no treatment that will keep them from returning to your home. We recommend that you plug the holes they have drilled with wood dowels, caulk, or putty, and also paint your wood with latex paint. Please let us know how we can further assist you."
