Had to reschedule and then added over $100 to quotes price and couch had large areas not cleaned. I was informed I added additional items and I could schedule again for them to fix obvious errors. I didn’t and no thanks. I’ve used them twice before and excellent service and reasonable prices

It went very well. Tim and David were on time, and did a great job of cleaning. They were fast and efficient. We had some areas in our family room that I wasn't sure would respond to cleaning, but they got up the stains. I'm very pleased. I also bought Stanley Steemer's spot remover. It does an excellent job of spot cleaning, so I like to keep it on hand.

They arrived on time and first thing they did was ask me to show them all the vents, furnace and return lines. He noted that one of the return vents was incorrectly installed and that he would correct it upon completion. Craig and Taiwan did an exceptional job and were very courteous of not making a mess. They took before and after pictures. It took their office a little longer than usual to upload the pics as their office staff was a little busy and took a bit. When they finally got the pictures on google drive, I was impressed with the work they did. I would recommend Stanley Steemer to anyone that needs air duct cleaning. They are better than the people saying $69 duct cleaning up to a certain amount of ducts or the ones charging in the upwards of a $1,000 which os ludacris. When calling to inquire they only asked me one question to quote me the price and that was how many furnaces do you have and said 1 and they said a flat fee of $475 for all vents and return vents. You can get this information on their website as well. Thank you Stanley Steemer, not only getting carpets cleaner, also air ducts cleaner.

The service team was prompt and did a fine job but my issue was with the company itself. Following the service they continued to call and attempt to schedule me for "additional services" such as duct leaning which I did not indicate I wanted. They even called the next day and told me a technician was on the way to my home to perform this service which I did not order. It took several calls to customer service to have them stop calling and scheduling additional services.

Two men came out when they did the carpet cleaning, and 2 men came out to clean out our duct work. It took the workers about 3 hours to clean all our carpets and the men that cleaned out the duct work completed the job in about 2 hours. The company is well known and the workers are courteous. They are professional and they came out on time.

Did an excellent job; carpets look and smell great. The crew was timely and professional and very courteous. Very careful in handling furniture and decor.

The appointment was scheduled at a time that was convenient for us.
We were called about 30 min before arrival, and the crew was there on time.
The crew was friendly, professional and quick.
They asked questions about the nature of the spots and spills, and treated those accordingly.
Our carpets cleaned up very well, and look a lot brighter.

I thought they were very great. They explained everything to me which I thought was awesome. There were some things I didn't even really know but they explained about my carpet. I used spray and spot removers from the stores for just basic carpet cleaning and those seem to contain bleach in them so they can actually make my carpet look a different color than it is once it's cleaned so they explained to me about that. They just really did a great job of making it look really good. I just understood what they were doing and I was real happy with their service. I thought their price was fair.

I used the online appointment booking which was easy and effective. I was able to get a next day appointment in the busy pre-Christmas season. The service tech, Chad, was on time, friendly and personable. My dog brought him toys which is a great sign of acceptance. I was pleased and surprised that I did not have to move the heavy furniture beforehand, just the lamps and decor items. Chad was very clear about describing the work and the pricing. He then went into "up-sale" mode. The engaging part of his pitch was he was so open about it - "Now is the time where I tell you about our other services and see what else you'd like to add today". Now that it was out in the open, it seemed OK to discuss it and not feel that I was being hustled. We both recognized it was part of his job.Maybe that was an effective part of the hustle? I did add a room, but between us, had planned to do so ahead of time. The cleaning job was excellent. I was on the verge of replacing the carpet and am pleased to find it has many years left. I was unprepared for how wet the carpet was when complete. Soak your socks wet when you walked on it. It took 24 hours to dry and that was after placing fans around the room. There has been no residue or re-emergence of old stain spots.

The carpet cleaners call us at 12:30 or so saying they would be there within ten minutes. They were on time and immediately filled out paperwork to ensure we were both on the same page as to what we wanted done. Our carpets had not been cleaned for some time, and with a pet, the carpet was extremely soiled. They requested us to show them the worst spots so they could tell us whether they thought they could eliminate them. They were true to their word, in fact, they exceeded their expectations. All areas were done with them
moving the furniture to clean that area, and then they put the furniture back in place. At all time while they worked they wore
booties to protect the carpet and left pairs for us so we would not re soil the carpet while it was wet. I cannot express just how good a job they did, and with complete professionalism.

It went well and I would give them a good grade. They worked pretty hard to get all of the stains out and there was only one spot that they couldn’t get out so they called it to our attention. I was pretty satisfied with that.

This project went very well. Prior time we had carpets cleaned, there were stains that didn't come out and the whole house smelled like re-activated pet urine from some pet "accidents". However with Stanley Steamer, they got all the old stains out and I couldn't believe how well our 10 year old carpet looked. The price was pretty high I thought, but I couldn't argue with the results, especially compared to prior firms I had used.
