"It was good. For pest control, I did Ketchum. It was excellent. They did what they needed to have done that I was afraid to do myself. I'm afraid to go spraying the yellow jackets. They're not real close to where I live. My friend said she thought that was high-priced because she had ants service done for $125. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
