The whole team is knowledgeable, courteous, flexible, on-time, and responsive. For almost the whole time that I have been their customer, I have only had a small wasp issue in the eaves of my house, which was promptly taken care of within 24 hours of my notifying Smith IPM. When the weather started to get cold, I have seen a few spiders, and the most recent visit, Smith IPM made sure to address any areas that needed a little extra management. Brody even tried to help me with my spider mite problem that came with a plant someone sent to me."
