"I have a contract for regular service through Smith IPM for pest management for the past few years. Jeromy and his team continue to amaze me. The whole team is knowledgeable, courteous, flexible, on-time, and responsive. For almost the whole time that I have been their customer, I have only had a small wasp issue in the eaves of my house, which was promptly taken care of within 24 hours of my notifying Smith IPM. When the weather started to get cold, I have seen a few spiders, and the most recent visit, Smith IPM made sure to address any areas that needed a little extra management. The response was that my account was canceled and I was charged the early cancel fee which amounts to $345. I called again and asked to speak to an account manager. I was told that was not possible. She said she was billing and could help me. I explained that I would not be paying a cancelation fee for services not rendered. I stated that they had breached the contract by not providing service. (No room to complete the story) "
