In May Insight sent a salesman to my neighborhood to obtain new customers. He talked about how great the services were, good price, best chemicals for bug control, etc. BUYER BEWARE! They make you sign a 1 year contract which protects them and obligates you to pay no matter the service rendered plus early termination fees. I question the legality of them enforcing the contract when they do not fulfill what was originally agreed and am currently looking into this. They will hold you to the contract yet do not hold themselves to providing the service (bug elimination) as promised. They will come out and re-treat if the first application doesn't work. It has turned in to having the same amount of bugs and having them come back now three times after the application with the same amount of bugs before initial treatment began. It is as though we have had nothing done for bug control. Please note all photos below are after THREE treatments (Initial on May 31 interior/exterior, Re-treatment exterior on June 18 and re-treatment exterior July 6) for spiders, ants, etc. When I questioned why they can't eliminate the bugs they told me sometimes it requires numerous treatments before it is effective and may not be completely effective until after one year of treatments. This was not said when I signed on with them. Try calling the company, it takes multiple attempts and being placed on hold for lengthy time periods, leave a message for a call-back, wait a day or two and have to call them again, they also do not answer emails, or at least have not answered in the past 8 days! If you like to be frustrated, then go for it! They will definitely live up to that! If you are looking for effective bug control, you may want to consider another company. Had they provided the services as promised I would consider staying with Insight. The fact that I have not received effective pest control and it is extremely difficult to get in touch with them is exactly why I will not recommend this company.

Nothing has gone wrong and services have been effective. I do recommend them.

They were great and it was a great experience. They were courteous, informative and clean. I have 2 cats and they were very informative about what kind of chemicals they used and why it is safe. I just appreciate that.
