The exterminator was here on time and was very personable. He wore a mask and had shoe covers on. He did the quarterly treatment and then took my payment for services rendered. I am very happy with this company after using them for a couple of years and will continue to use them in the future.

The technicians arrived early. I explained the problem and showed them the area of the problem. They spent considerable time trying to find the exact location of the hive entrance but they eventually found it. Applied treatment into the hive and sprayed the general area in case there were alternate entrances. The treatments eradicated the problem.

The technician was very nice. He arrived on time and introduced himself. He explained his background and the time it would take to service my home. He did a full walk around my house to check for other nest and actually charged me less than my phone quote when he visually inspected the nest. I was very pleased and will definitely use them again.

The first date of service was in November 2012 when the technician sprayed externally and internally throughout the property. Courteous and clean and thorough. Before he came the sales office courteously talked me through my options as the property I just purchased had been vacant for quite some time - except for the bugs that took residence. Overall I was very happy with the service. Unfortunately I just had too many bugs and as I suspected I ultimately needed a second extermination in the front room. While still under warranty, the sales office courteously scheduled a no-cost second trip around the holidays and after the blizzard. Fingers crossed that the second trip did the trick! I highly recommend Indiana Pest Control!!
