"We had their reps out to give an estimate. There was never any hard sell or pressure, just what they do with some examples of their work. They went over in great detail the product (windows) and what features were available. The windows were ordered, the prices were detailed and explained carefully. This was the only area that was a little disappointing, It took approx. 5 weeks from the estimate to delivery - it was special ordered and custom made at the factory to our exact measurements so was understandable. The wait was well worth it, the windows are wonderful! This company is professional, efficient, courteous and has great windows. "There was a three step process.  A sales person came to the house and we came to an agreement about price and type of window.  Then the sales person contacted the measurer.  The measurer came to the house and measured the window area and described the installation process.   The  window was special ordered.  We waited about five weeksfor the window to be delivered to M and M.  Then we set up an appointment to have the window installed.    The installation team of two people were professional, fast and cleaned up after the job was completed.
