They were really great know the she was illegal blind, they let her know what they were doing and who they were and they waited for me and my husband to get there to remove her wondow ac. It was very hot and she couldnt go with her ac. They were very profession and clean up everything. Definitely recommend this company this is the third time me and my mother have used the for home repair. Each time has been excellent service. Thank you so much.

The Rodriguez brothers they sent out was very professional they arrived at the time they said My husband and I replaced every windows i expect two those teo got replaced 3yrs ago..When I had a question they would take the time to answer . We had 12 windows replaced also a patio door.i would recommend Rob and his brother to do one of the neborigors windows. Very Happy with my new look of ny house Thanks Rob and little brother

Update: somehow my post doesnâ t show on their reviews . But I have friends who recently worked with them too. Word of advice donâ t pay them until they complete the work. Been 2 months no one reached back out to me . On one hand I have a whole new home. On another I wouldnâ t wish their service on anyone. Iâ m still waiting for someone to fix the things they said they said they would. Price/cost/customer service in the beginning was a nightmare . But then they promised everything would be good & seemed like maybe it was gonna be alright. I paid 36,600 so I think it all should have been perfect imo. But ð ­ def not the case . I selected colors with the second guy then got a call after I signed contract it wouldnâ t look good bc they actually didnâ t have matching colors for black so I had to change them so from beginning I donâ t feel like I got what I wanted . So letâ s begin siding , had have someone come out fix the crappy cuts and make things more even & put some on correctly trims pieces have over hand and ever cut super janky. Gutters big dent in one they pushed it out and spray painted it . I dealt with the fact they didnâ t use the correct press to squeeze the pieces to fit together . Doors were wrong color , they got those changed now I have a big uneven bead of caulk all around my doors. Around the locks already already dented and itâ s been a month plus every time you grab the handle it moves to a sideways position . Like itâ s not locked in good enough. The windows were suppose to be brand new inside and out ( as per the sales man EVERYTHING WILL BE BRAND NEW ) no one ever came back to redo the inside even though they said they would. Someone said they would come correct the gutters that never happened either . Have I been unreasonable yup, how could every aspect of a job need touch ups and redone. I went with them so I wouldnâ t have to deal with multiple companyâ s and Iâ m kicking myself every day. My house looks great but if you look close and know you spent your life savings on trying have a nicer & better home & not getting the results you expected . Maybe itâ s my fault for doing so much as once but it needed it . Next years the roof and I wouldnâ t even think of this company for the install which is a complete bummer as I was hoping it I do it with one place . Just do your research be specific in YOUR contract and make sure you say and you understand everything they say . Iâ ve never done this to a home before so I stupidly trusted salesman ð ©. Do better .

I had Kraz install a fence at my house, they were speedy about their installation, BUT because of that, they didnâ t listen to my concerns. The fence was installed too high, after I asked for them to make sure it touched the ground/was buried a couple inches. Also, one whip complete side is so loose, I can lift the 6ft fence up from the bottom about 2 feet. Now all my dogs do is push it up and get out. Materials were also left scattered thru out the yard and I hit them with my mower. I contacted kraz and they said they would come out and look at it, and since have never came by or contacted me.

You get what you pay for, yes Kraz cost a bit more than the average contractor but they do the work right. When you are going to spend money that's what you want. I will use them again.

The window was expensive but seems to be of good quality. Craig the installer done a great job. I'm happy with the window and installation.

My installer was Craig, Very friendly person as was his helper. They came in removed old door, Prepped everything and installed the new door. He then show me how everything worked. Cleaned up scraps and left. Very Professional and very friendly. Would recommend him for your job. I may be getting some windows replaced in the near future.
