They need to contact the customer when they have a problem. They do not have good customer service, they are very unprofessional and unreliable. the whole project is coming apart whit in months less than a year because it was done on 08/21 the stairs are getting loose, the railings are shifting and now that I had brought it to their attention they told me that they will come the next day but they did not do it and block my number. I am not been able to talk to them and they are not contacting me either.

The quality of the installation was pretty good, but working with the owner was a nightmare. Project was initially supposed to be a 2 week project, but ended up taking 6 weeks. Multiple times I was told by the owner that they would be finished by a certain date, but that was pushed back time after time. Multiple times they did not show up on days I was told they would be there, nor did I receive a phone call - even on good weather days. Communication by the owner was basically non-existent.

The guys helped me with a quick kitchen remodel on some cabinets. They were courteous & professional. I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off. They explained the job & came in on budget with no surprises.

I really don't like being forced to write anything. Quinlan did adequate work for me which my answers show.

Last year I hired a company who advertised themselves as "budget". I got what I paid for and actually was overcharged for terrible work. This year I hired Quinlan. The owner came out and looked at what needed to be done before giving me a quote. On the day the work was done, he came out with the crew to make sure things were going well. They did an excellent job of rebuilding my doorway and installing a new door-which is now airtight, properly caulked and weather stripped.

They installed chair rails and wainscotting. They were helpful in helping us match the existing trim in our house and suggested different materials we could use.

Quinlan Construction repaired my mom's step and installed a handrail. I was very pleased by the initial customer service that the owner provided. He was polite, respectful, punctual and expressed concern about my elderly mother. He also seemed knowledgeable about the repair work that we needed on the steps and in other areas of the home. He quoted a price that I thought was a little high, but my mom used the company because of the customer service aspect. The workers were professional and punctual and they did a good job of making the repairs. They consulted my mom to explain what they were doing and asked her about her preference about the design and height of the handrail. They made a few cracks to the plaster on the wall when they installed the handrail. No big deal, but I think they could have patched them. My biggest problem was the lack of customer service after the repairs were made. The workers said that we would receive a receipt after the check cleared. The check was cashed the same day and I have called, texted, and emailed the owner to request a copy of my mom's receipt. The repairs were done on April 25, 2017 and I have not gotten a response. Also Quinlan was going to provide an estimate to do other major repairs and that has not been provided. All in all, I'm glad that Quinlan did the repairs, but I'm frustrated, disappointed and perplexed by the lack of follow-up. My mom has a lack of trust about workers because they often don't do what they say that they are going to do, and now we have to search for another construction company to do the other repairs.

Paul, is a great guy, works quickly but carefully and cleaned up very thoroughly when he was done with the work. The plaster work finally being done has given me a refreshed outlook and feeling for my place. The damage having been done several years ago by a plumber who put a 4" plug in a 5" hole, from which he had removed a 5" plug to start with.

When issues came up on project the owner corrected any defects and do so in one instance at his own expense.

Not able to repair deck as they said, and did not communicate this to me until I reached out after the job was partially finished.
