"After years of subbing for you, we never saw this review coming. It upsets us that our first hiccup with [Consumer Name Removed] Construction and Tree services took this route. Our orders are custom. I cannot install what House A has to House B. Therefore all orders are noncancellable, nonreturnable, and nonrefundable. Because of their customization! Our white/beige average size window lead time is 2-4 weeks. Our very specific orders, in which this tall window falls under, as we had to mull a picture window on top to make up the height is still under 6-8. Please be patient its still within our lead time."
