During demo, they towed in a dumpster and towed it away at the end of each day. The worksite was VERY clean at the end of each day. They did not keep tools or equipment here. They vacuumed every night. They tarped and sealed off the rest of the house every day. - Timeliness - Excellent. Each one of our contractors, including Joe, quoted 5 weeks for the reno. Sunny Day finished in 3.5 weeks. That is a testament to his team planning and organization. - Added Bonus - Joe has developed relationships with some great vendors. We had no idea what we were doing and certainly no experience with local businesses. Joe gave us excellent guidance in the planning phase and gave us great contacts for cabinets, counter tops, plumbing and flooring. We will be giving each of the vendors we used our business going forward. I am always skeptical of over-the-top online reviews. This one is sincere and rooted in facts. Sunny Day is a top-notch remodeler. Our kitchen came together just like we envisioned it. We have had him multiple times **to install a replacement lock on our patio door, replace outdoor shutters, install new outdoor light fixtures and replace our address plaque**.
