"I am very pleased with my new windows. I used Home Genius Exteriors to do my roof, gutter protection, and now Windows. This is an absolute amazing company, my salesman brendan was very helpful, Devan the Project Manager helped make sure everything went smoothly. Walter and Mike also from production were very friendly and professional. And Shawn, the window installer was polite,knowlagable, and efficient. And even cleaned up on his way out. "There was a three step process. A sales person came to the house and we came to an agreement about price and type of window. Then the sales person contacted the measurer. The measurer came to the house and measured the window area and described the installation process. The window was special ordered. We waited about five weeksfor the window to be delivered to M and M. Then we set up an appointment to have the window installed. The installation team of two people were professional, fast and cleaned up after the job was completed.
