"Jim is a really nice guy who knows his stuff. We have had him multiple times **to install a replacement lock on our patio door, replace outdoor shutters, install new outdoor light fixtures and replace our address plaque**. They went over in great detail the product (windows) and what features were available. The windows were ordered, the prices were detailed and explained carefully. This was the only area that was a little disappointing, It took approx. 5 weeks from the estimate to delivery - it was special ordered and custom made at the factory to our exact measurements so was understandable. "There was a three step process.  A sales person came to the house and we came to an agreement about price and type of window.  Then the sales person contacted the measurer.  The measurer came to the house and measured the window area and described the installation process.   The  window was special ordered.  We waited about five weeksfor the window to be delivered to M and M.  Then we set up an appointment to have the window installed.    The installation team of two people were professional, fast and cleaned up after the job was completed.
