They were efficient. I had gutters , downspouts and blown insulation in attic. The crew scheduled my project in a month. Cost was under budget. So satisfied with project quality it exceeded my expectations!

The craftmanship of the doors is excellent. The curb appeal added to our home is beautiful. Our sales rep Brett Friedman took excellent care of us in this critical time in our country selecting and having installed our new doors. The install team that verified measurements and the crew doing the installation were very professional and courteous. We will use M&M again for future remodeling projects

First Josh came out and did an extensive inspection of my roof; taking pictures to substantiate what he saw since i wasn't climbing up on the roof. He took the time to explain everything in language I understood. I knew from start to finish what to expect and there were no hidden surprises. Mike my project manager came introduced himself to me prior to the job and he made sure I had no questions also. The day of installation the crew was here on time and worked from start to finish. Everyone was nice, they cleaned up afterwards and didn't make my 2 questions seem dumb. Although I'm glad this is not something I will not have to do often, if I did M & M would DEFINITELY get the job.

They showed up within days to give an estimate. Work was done shortly after and we have had no issues since. A tad pricey for the small repair we needed done, but it was done fast and the leaks have stopped so overall we are very happy with the service.

We received a new roof through M&M and could not be happier. M&M took care of all the necessary permits prior to the work being completed. The day the roof was completed, the workers were very efficient and quick. Their attention to detail, with both the roof and the trash clean up was top notch. The director of operations took time to speak with me about some new developments and discussed ways that they could help as well. I have gotten several neighbors come up and comment how nice the roof looked as well.

still a work in progress waiting for permits , I have gotten estimates from a few other companies and the response was very unprofessional , some took a few days to respond and 1 took a week to return my call and neither bothered to follow up after the inspection and estimate . During this Covid 19 lifestyle we're living M&M roofing gave me a call back in just a few hours and the project manager insured me that a totally safe no contact inspection and estimate was my choice if I wanted , and of course I did . He went to the property the next day and called me with a few questions and concerns about my roof . I had my estimates on 2 different materials that could be used on my roof replacement within a couple of days . Due to his professionalism ,knowledge and his explanation in layman terms that I fully understood I signed with M&M .

It went excellent. The owner and the representative that came to my house were both extremely responsive and timely...through text messages, phone call, or email, M&M really makes you feel like a partner and a consultant. I feel very comfortable calling them for advice without thinking they will try to talk me into something I don't need. You can trust them, The pricing is not outrageous but also not cheap, They are a quality company and the pricing is consistent with the service they provide. This is second project they have completed for us.

It was great. Nathan came and gave me a quote, which then a week and half later, the gentleman Manuel, came and fixed the gutters. Manuel was here all day and did an amazing job. Highly recommend this company. Will for sure call them again in the future and the staff is very friendly/ helpful

They did a great job on the roof of my rental home and garage. Aureliano, my agent, was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job explaining the whole process whole process when I initially asked for the quote. He kept me up to date on the process as I waited for the work to commence. He also, sent updates and pics as the work was going on. The workers on site were very professional, too. They cleaned up well once the job was done. I also had a pleasant experience with the office staff every time I called. I spent more money than I had originally planned to spend on the roofs. However, they used top quality products, I have a great warranty, and I received great service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace a roof.
