"I think before a carpet is shampooed it should be vacuumed first, I told him I'd have my son vacuum the carpet before he cleaned it he said that was not necessary, he said the carpet would be dry in an hour because I got the carpet dry cleaned, but it was not dry in an hour, also a puddle of water was left outside my door from his machine. I had an inspection of the apartment that day after the carpet got cleaned, during the walk through I was picking up some hair balls that were left behind after the carpet got shampooed that was the reason why I said to Ray that we'd vacuum before he shampooed the carpet."
