Overall, Brent was fantastic. While inspecting our 100-year-old home that we had just purchased in Meridian Kessler, he also made time to educate us on tasks that we should do on a monthly/bi-yearly basis (filters, water softener, etc.). As first-time home buyers, this was incredibly helpful. He was thorough and found issues on the roof that ultimately saved us thousands of dollars. Unfortunately, the day we moved into the home we had a plumbing issue that was not found on the inspection despite his thorough assessment of both bathrooms. I informed Brent of the situation, and he issued me a full refund. We were not expecting this at all, but it was extremely appreciated and showed exactly how seriously Brent takes customer service. I would recommend him to all of my friends/family and any first time home-buyer due to his fantastic communication, customer service, and thorough review of the property. 10/10.

Brent was nothing short of amazing. While performing the inspection he moved around the house quietly. When it was time to review, he walked me through room-to-room pointing out highlights to his report. The report came the same day, later in the evening. The report was comprehensive, easy to read/understand and had pictures of everything he reviewed. For areas that were problematic, he had arrows drawing attention. I would suggest Brent to anyone else I know in need of a home inspection and will use him every time I need to have an inspection performed. Thank you!

He carefully checked every inch of the place, patiently answered my many questions, and produced an extremely thorough report with both explanations and very helpful pictures of all the things he discussed. Brent is fantastic! Scheduling was super easy, no hassle, pricing was upfront and no hidden fees. Appointment was set for 9:30, I arrived at 9:20 and Brent was already walking the property taking photos of the home. Brent had inquired if I had any initial concerns or questions about the property before the inspection started. Brent was quick to spot minor and major defects with the home and was willing to answer any questions I had. You can tell he takes his profession seriously and very forthright with his findings no matter how minor they are. The home was on a shallow crawlspace but managed to squeeze into any area he could. He made sure to not damage or bring any dirt/debris into the home during the inspection. We finished the inspection in about 2.25 hours for an average sized home. The inspection was completed around 5 hours ago and I received my Radon, Wood Destroying Pest and inspection report with pictures and recommendations for the whole house. I plan to use Brent for any future home inspections along with recommending him to anyone I know for a home inspection!

Brent was incredibly thorough - even more than expected! He arrived early and went through literally every nook and cranny of the house, catching and noting a lot of things that lesser inspectors had missed or certainly would have. He was professional, clear, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!
