Tony is friendly, professional, prompt and thorough. He inspected and test our home for the presence of molds and funguses. He studied each area, asked us for information,and ran the tests in a timely fashion. He got the report back to us quickly. In the phone follow up, he explained the results clearly and gave us ample time to ask as many questions and express our concerns as we needed. Tony did a great job assessing the mold risk with a townhouse we were in the process of buying. He recommended testing 5 different areas, and we are glad he did. He found issues with not just the crawl space but also the living room above the crawl space. Tony also will be doing the remediation work for us. Tony knew that a comprehensive evaluation was important to us because of the health issue of two of our family members, and he responded accordingly.

Tony was very professional and knowledgeable. He did the air quality testing we requested in 5 separate areas of the home. The results came back very quickly (within 48 hrs). We are in a new home and didn't think we had a problem but wanted to rule it out before having medical testing performed on us. With the testing, we found one bathroom with some beginning mold readings, but nothing at this time to escalate to a full remediation. Tony was honest and straightforward with our results. We did not need any further remediation from him. Tony understands the results and levels of the findings and can find the appropriate resolution! As a follow-up - due to his testing - we started looking into our bathroom issue and found the builder had not even hooked up our exhaust vent to any ductwork. It was literally just sitting in the ceiling with nothing attached to it. This is what was causing the extreme moisture in that bathroom. It has now been fixed. We are so glad we had this testing done. Had it not been for this report we could have had a real bad mold issue in our house very quickly!

Tony was very knowledgeable and professional. He didn't mind answering all of the questions I had and he explained them very well for me. Results came in very quickly, only took 24 hours. Would definitely recommend.

Tony was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had results back the day after the test. Results indicated that we did not have an excessive amount of mold. No remediation was needed. The cost seemed comparable to others in the area.
