Carl was great to work with! He did a thorough inspection of the house and explained everything along the way.. very nice to work with and appreciated the thorough report with pictures. Fantastic service! I'm an out-of-state investor and I reached out to several companies but Indy Pro was quick and available to schedule an inspection on my potential investment property within about a week. Staci on the phone was very prompt with communicating with me, the inspector, the selling/buying agents--I didn't really need to do anything to coordinate the inspection after I called her. The inspector Carl was top notch. He gave a detailed inspection as expected but he was great about talking to me over the phone to give me a frank breakdown of the different inspection items. I'm a new investor so this was critical for me to be able to make a decision. For my next property, I know there's no need for me to shop around, I'll be calling up Indy Pro Inspection Service without a doubt!

I was not on site when the inspection took place because I was at work and that made me a little nervous. I got the report the same day and there were 26 issues found by the inspector that were not disclosed by the seller of the house. Thank you Indy Pro for saving me a ton of money in repairs! I already referred you out to a family member who is needing their water tested.

We are first time home buyers and so are new to the inspection process. Indy Pro not only had the best quoted price, they offered an Angie's List disscount and were so helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. They answered all our questions and were very thorough. We got their full home inspection, termite inspection and radon test. For future needs we will hire them again.

Home inspectors are hit or miss, so I ordered two home inspections and two mold inspections for a 1962 home I wanted to buy: one from Indy Pro Inspection Service and one from US Inspect. I'm extremely grateful I decided to get the two inspections. David Maudlin of Indy Pro Inspection Service found everything the US Inspect inspector did and more including foundation, plumbing, and mold issues. I loved the home, so it's unfortunate it has the issues it has, but at least I didn't buy a money pit. Indy Pros saved me from that.

When I called in I spoke with Staci who was very pleasant and helpful. i was able to get appointment in the same week of calling. She encouraged walking through the inspection to learn more about the home and any issues that are found. I arrived at the house right on time and Carl was already inside - with the dishwasher running and had already been on the roof to inspect and take pictures. Carl was FANTASTIC! He took the time to explain everything when I asked and even broke it down more when I didn`t understand. He moved through house and notated his finding like it were an inspection for his own home. When my boyfriend arrived he was happy to recap what he had found thus far and was welcoming and kind to him as well. I have found myself apprehensive with the whole house buying process and I can truly say that I couldn`t be happier with this company`s service and Carl`s thoroughness. This is second time we hired Indy Pro. They remain excellent service providers. Take the time to discuss each point inspected, explain any concerns and answer all questions. Very quick on publishing report complete with photos. We will hire again for the finished home inspection.

We hired Indy Pro Inspection Service to do a home inspection on a house we were purchasing. Staci was very prompt in returning my phone call and setting up an appointment for me. She answered all my questions and followed up by email as well. We requested Carl to do our inspection since he got such great reviews. I also have nothing but good things to say about Carl. He was very knowledgeable and did not mind answering any and all questions my husband and I had. He let us follow him around during the inspection so we could see what he was talking about. He always took the time to explain something to us if we did not understand. Carl did a thorough inspection and advised us on any issues. He even took the time to tell us about which routine maintenance things we will need to do once we move in. Our inspection report was emailed to us that same day that we had the inspection. Overall, Carl did a great job and we would definitely hire Indy Pro Inspection in the future if needed.

Most of what he put into the report was listed in the "critical/hazard" section of the report page, but in his own words were simply potential safety upgrades or suggestions for monitoring. In addition, he didn't know that sump pumps are by code supposed to be sealed and couldn't follow the directions listed on the pump (brand new triple pump system) to open the cover. Even if he had opened it, he had no intention of testing it or other items (HVAC, radon, AC, fireplaces, etc). Much of the report listed "needs to be inspected by a professional". As a result, the potential buyers requested that we pay for all of the critical/hazard items and the additionally required inspections. That's now how home inspections work. The service you hire does the job, not the sellers.

Tony was through, knowledgeable and efficient. He searched every inch of that house. He found things that made us adjust our offer on the home and was able to point out areas where additional maintenance may be necessary.

Inspection was done on the said day and did got a detailed report with pictures.
