He cleaned and sealed the concrete patio, power washed, replaced a few boards on the sides of the deck and used a semi-transparent stain the deck/bench seating/side boards. They tore down an old garage and built a new garage. They also removed an old wooden deck and replaced it with a concrete patio and sidewalks from the patio to the garage."
