Steve was great to work with and overall they did a good job. They worked with us to get it the way we wanted. However, the job took much longer than expected.

Had vinyl siding repaired on two detached garages. Reshingle one half of a garage. Rebuild top part of wood patio deck. The work crews were very professional and did the jobs quickly and accurately.

Our project was too big for this company to complete, and they took it anyway. Steve lied about everything. He took almost $65,000 and literally messed up on everything he touched from concrete, framing, windows, roof pitch, electrical, plumbing, and we could not even do the siding we wanted because he built the addition wrong. He made our house 6 inches too short, concrete wise, so we had to have a fake wall to make it line up. He hung drywall with too long of screws into our pocket door space, the rest of the drywall looked like it was put up by someone that had never seen drywall before. The framing was done by 2 people, working around 3 hours a day, if they showed up. We were promised crews of people and it would be done in a few months, max, and it was over 4 months and still not done. Do not fall for the this is a family business, I'm following in my dads footsteps crap!"

BEWARE. Other reviews here aren't describing my experience, so much so I'm going to say probably fake. Hired for a home addition. We paid large sum up front $70k, money disappeared, for very little poor quality work. Had to hire different people to fix/complete the project. Says the right things but don't deliver.... wish someone on here would have warned us. THIS IS YOUR WARNING... DONT HIRE. Cost us our life savings and ruined our home.

Crest Mark showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable, did top-grade professional work for a price that was considerably less than I expected. I definitely recommend them and will use them again.

The crew showed up first thing in the morning. Took them 2-3 hours to remove the old roof and repair several pieces of roof decking. New metal roofing was installed and it looks great. They had to come back in the morning for a few hours to finish. All the guys were very professional and did a great job. Very happy with the work. Pricing was very competitive with the other appraisals.

Steve was great to work with. Took the time to walk me through what they were doing and made sure it was done right. Price was fair. I will be calling on him again for ther work.

Polley of Crest Mark Inc did a fantastic job of getting great roofing and guttering crews to re-roof our house and install new guttering. He gave us great references in the Madison, IN area which were proof-positive of the quality of work we could expect. Both crews completed the work within a day and we are beyond satisfied with the outcome. We will be quick to recommend Steve and CrestMark Inc to our friends and family for their roof and remodeling projects. We will be remodeling our master bath in the near future and Steve and CrestMark will be the one we call to do the job!

His team did a drywall project. They were on time, very friendly and trustworthy, and did a very good job.

I highly recommend Steve and his crew at Crest Mark. Steve is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He also explains things in a straightforward and easy to understand manner. He also communicates well, letting you know of arrival times, anticipated costs, updates and project completion. Of the estimates I received, his was in the middle, but I did not have to worry about it being too low, and lots of "extras" being added in to the final price, or so high that I would have attempted to do it myself and caused further damage or injured myself. I requested a quote to rehang/repair siding on the second floor of the house after high winds knocked it down. Steve came out, inspected the siding (to see if it needed replaced or could be re-used; and fortunately it could) and checked other areas around the house that are typically damaged by high winds. He also explained how the process would work if more extensive and/or expensive repairs were needed and we wanted to file with our homeowners insurance. After accepting his estimate, we planned for later in the week, or possibly the next (depending on his other jobs, but also heavily depending on weather) to complete the work. We were very fortunate and caught a break with mild temperatures and no precipitation, with him calling me the next day to let me know that if someone would be there to bring the siding outside, we could get it done that day. Steve and his crew came out immediately and completed the job, using the existing siding, and fastening it more securely than it had been previously fastened. When the time arrives that we need more repairs or choose to replace/upgrade, I will definitely give Crest Mark a call.

What a great experience! Steve Polley was professional, informative and reliable, not to mention personable and just a great guy to do business with. His crew was equally professional, prompt, and thorough. Cleanup was so thorough that when they were done, I hardly knew they were ever here—except for the beautiful finished product. I highly recommend Crest Mark for any home improvement job!!! Two thumbs-up!!!!.
