Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! We recently made the mistake of contracting with A&A Pronto for an update to our stair railing. They left us with no railing or balusters on our second floor (including a 2-story entryway) for over 3 weeks after they removed the existing railing without materials to complete the job. They tried convincing us to use substandard materials to get the job done sooner. They claim to be carpenters, but apparently donâ t own a saw horse. They cut all the wood on our concrete walkway which resulted in some damage to the wood. They applied stain to the hand-rails in our lawn (on a hot windy day in direct sunlight). They didnâ t apply the stain properly so it turned out looking more like paint than stain. We had to stop the job several times for poor work and specifications of the contract not being followed. They also ruined the finish on one of our interior doors after getting oil-based stain on it. Their response to our concerns was dismissive and antagonistic. This was definitely the worst home-improvement experience weâ ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else. Based on our experience, you will be very disappointed if you consider A&A Pronto for any carpentry work!!!

These guys are awesome. They show up on time and do what they say they will do, they have done 3 different jobs for us, very professional and experienced crew. They can do it all without missing a beat. They are very reasonable in pricing! I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

I have hired these guys for several jobs (painting, replacing doors, crown moulding, roofing and replacing my deck). They work hard, are skilled at what they do and are always easy to work with. Whenever their price is competitive, I will go with them.

Wilfredo and his crew did a fantastic job on our kitchen and hallway after water damage. They took out the tile and installed vinyl planks with precision and care. His guys worked long days and cleaned up before leaving each day. Wilfred is quick to respond and offer suggestions when needed. I highly recommend this contractor and would hire him for future home improvements.

A & A Pronto Services did a great job with our complete basement build (from framing to fine finshes). They are very professional and even with the inflation hike gave a good price for the finished product. Wilfredo (Project Build Manager) is prompt on responses and works with you to give you the design you are looking for. Highly recommend. Will use again when the need arises.

This is the third job this company has done for us over a period of 2 years. Prior to the most recent project they installed a new roof, covered a large accent wall in our living room with brick veneer, and the most recent job of removing a garden tub and installing a shower which included closing off an open concept half wall and installing a bar door. They did an amazing job, very professional and meticulous about their work. Customer satisfaction is key and Wilfredo and Alonzo will make sure they do the job according to your specific wishes. I am very pleased with the finished product. Give them a call.

A&A Pronto was very professional and changed our two bathrooms from ordinary to luxury. Wilfredo and his team were fast and the value cannot be beat. Best contracting team.

They need to improve their communication and complete the commitments before starting another job. Be on time. Also, provide the material if anything is needed on the spot. I know the material is usually provided, but seriously not having screws or silicone or some plumbing pipes and many more thing during a bathroom remodel. It is tough to run for everything, and as soon as you get home to give them material, they need something else. It is hard to find an item in-store and go back and forth. And make sure to take the estimate in writing because I did not I dropped some ideas, and he said I did not add that in the estimate or add that in the estimate.

The crew was very talented and responsive. The job was done very well. They were very flexible with some of the changes we made and promptly dealt with any issues that arise. Only improvement would be if they picked out the required materials instead of relying on me and my wife who in some cases didn't know enough about what material to select. Would highly recommend them since they don't finish until you are fully satisfied with the final product.

Wilfredo’s crews are great. They have done three jobs at our house and we are very pleased. They did painting, dry wall, tile work. They also built a deck, walkway and stairs outside.

I called A&A Pronto Services as I was looking for an entire remodel of my home. Remodeling my kitchen and possibly my bathroom with some additions to the house. Wilfredo came over and showed me the entire plan to remodel my entire home. We began working and I was surprised at his team's punctuality and professionalism. I am beyond grateful to have worked with a company that left my home with a brand new look. This is a professional company with a lot of experience in this line of work. I highly recommend this company for anyone who is looking for any kind of home remodel.

The project was excellent. Wilfredo and his crew not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early. We renovated the full kitchen, flooring, cabinets, installation of appliances, adding an island, adding lights and a lot more. The final project turned out a beautiful designed, modern and high quality kitchen. I recommend his services widely !

The guys are harding and polite. Did a great job painting ,fast but neat . Cleaned up the mess . Took away the trash. Very helpful. ,carefully moved the furniture .

Wilfredo and his crew are fantastic. I can't imagine hiring anyone else for future projects!I have done extensive design and remodeling in numerous homes over rhe years, and I will ALWAYS seek out these folks first moving forward. They're swift, pleasant, they listen to my wishes, they don't "little lady" me like many contractors do, my kids adore them, they're affordable and knowledgeable. The work is outstanding.

Entire process was quick and efficient. They came out, estimated, started and nearly finished the project before other companies were getting back to us for estimate. Not just quick tho, quality is good on everything they did as well. My wife especially appreciated them cleaning up after themselves each night to keep the mess and dust down in our house.

Job contracted: re-installation of 36"x80" pre-hung back door leading onto deck & replacement of some rotten subfloor near entry. Great experience, plan to work with them on future projects. I reached out to Wilfredo after having a bad experience with HomeAdvisor's "fixed price" contracting service which had left me with a door that looked like it had been installed by a kindergartner. Wilfredo was easy to get in contact with and we got from scheduling, to inspection, to quote, to job completion in only 11 days. His team removed the improperly-installed door and re-installed it correctly (properly aligned, fully sealed), replaced a ~2'x2' square of rotten subfloor, and fixed the casing around the door as well. This took a total of about 6-7 hours over two days. Cost: My initial service quote (prior to contacting Wilfredo) from HomeAdvisor's fixed-price contractor pool was $500 -- I got this refunded after two consecutive failures from their team. Wilfredo's quote was $850, but his team did the job with precision and attention to detail, so I think this rate was pretty fair. All told, my project cost ended up being about $1200 (including purchase and delivery of the door from Lowes). Not too bad when some higher-profile companies were quoting me 2-3x that amount. tl;dr: Based on one job so far, I find that Wilfredo's team provides a good balance of value and quality of work, and I would recommend them.

We hired A and A Pronto Services to complete a brick accent wall in our living. room. After contacting Wilfredo he immediately responded, came out to our house and spoke with us about our project. We hired him to complete the job and his crew started right away. The work was completed in a timely manner and our wall is beautiful. Iâ m very pleased. In fact we are hiring them to replace our roof and remodel our master bath. Iâ ll submit reviews for both jobs when they finish. I would highly recommend their services.

A&A Pronto Services is a top notch general contractor who can handle any project you may have with Integrity. It is refreshing to see an outfit that performs their work with pride in quality and making sure you are satisfied with the work they are doing. Hired them on short notice to repair and replace subfloor in my two 2nd floor bathrooms so home depot could finish installing click vinyl. They ended up remodeling the two rooms with tubshowers, painting and repairing drywall in master bedroom and bath, kitchen and 2 bedrooms . Also removed and replaced interior doors throughout our house. Willfredo and his crew, Antonio and Ernesto are great to work with and aim to please. Will definitely hire them again. I bought a house and my furniture was do to show up in 2 weeks so I called 2 different painting companies neither showed up for the job. So as a last ditch effort I called 1 more company A&A Pronto. Wilfredo and his crew stopped a job they were on and came to my house 1 day before my furniture was supposed to arrive and painted 3 bed rooms in record time and to my surprise was excellent work. To all of the married men out there if this is the only job your wife gives you to make sure the painting gets done before you move in. YOU KNOW YOU BETTER GET IT RIGHT. Wilfredo and his crew keep me from having to move into the new dog house in my new back yard!!!!!! Thank you so much...
