Randy is pleasant, very knowledgeable, and completed both jobs quickly and professionally at a reasonable price.

He did not return any phone calls and my son called twice. I don't know what happened but I would not recommend him to anyone.

He installed a new system for me. I am very pleased with the work. He is a excellent handyman. He knows what hes doing and always checks to make sure he can do the job. Very pleased! 2nd time I have used him;) he does not take advantage of people. I am a single women and I truly appreciate an honest person.

He went above and beyond to make things cheaper (didnt need to buy a microwave rack or dryer vent part he made the microwave part and he brought a dryer piece from home). Randy is the handyman we wish we had found when we first bought this house. He approaches each job with curiosity (he asked questions about the specific issues before he came to the house), and he knows his stuff. At first I told him we would just deal with the plumbing issues on the scheduled day, and that we would deal with the electrical outlets another time. (Really, I didn't want to commit because I wanted to be sure he was as good as his reviews, so thought it best to start with just a few tasks.) He dealt with the leaks, after telling me my options (try to fix the old leaky faucet, or replace the whole thing?), and figured out the really quick (like 2 minute) fix for the smelly dishwasher. He then said, what the heck, show me those bad electrical outlets. So I did, and he diagnosed a bad GCI (I think that's what it was). He went to Lowe's for the needed parts, returned pronto, and took care of it! Also, later that night, the toilet was running again. I texted Randy, and he told me something to try as a stopgap. The next day Randy picked up a different part, and we texted back and forth as the toilet seemed to be fine after all. Anyway, we left it that he will come back if needed. I love that he responds quickly by text or email. I also love that he let me watch all the repairs so that I don't have to always be so ignorant about house systems, and he patiently answers all my questions. Mostly I love that he arrived at my door with a dog treat in his hand. Chico is our iffy pit bull mix, who we always keep behind a baby gate when visitors come. But Randy offered him the treat, and the barking stopped, and that was it--Chico had found a great friend. Seriously, you need to hire Randy. He's honest (he will tell you if a job may be out of his bailiwick), he's funny, and he's smart. We had a bad experience with a previous handyman, and I am so relieved to have one to count on now.

Randy quickly responded to my message and quote request. He worked with my schedule and came on a Saturday to make my repair. He saw that I had a dog and went back to her truck to get treats. He did a quality job.

It went as well as it could. The door needed to be removed from the guide. Randy nor I could figure a way to get it off the guide in order to lay it down and look at the rollers. Randy tried everything. He was frustrated and disappointed we couldn't get it removed to where he could really fix it. He said he would continue to study it and do some internet research to see if he could remove the door to look at the rollers. The house was built in 1978 and who knows how the sliding door ended up being put in. Randy was professional and conscientious. I would and will hire him for more work.

Randy was on time and completed the job without a hitch. He made a suggestion on how high to place the lamps and he was spot on. He is very particular about his work and makes sure it is done right. He’s very conscientious. We will definitely have him help us again!

Randy swapped out 19 brass door knobs for brush nickel handles. Also changed front door handle and kick plate. He is very thorough, conscientious, and professional. He did a great job!
