"Eads gave us a solution that another company could not. Our roof didn't need replacing, which is what the other company wanted to do, but it did need the water leak repaired and I wanted to improve ventilation in another area of the roof. The initial response was very good and Chase rearranged his schedule to meet with me right away and discuss my problems. The work was high quality, in my opinion, and I'm confident we made the right choice going with Eads Roofing. There were some delays in communication on occasion but the work was done in a reasonable amount of time and everyone was great to work with."

"This company is amazing! We needed to have our roof evaluated for repairs and they were quick to respond, made some minor repairs at no cost, and sent a summary assessment. They even met our tight deadlines! I would recommend this company to anyone and I will definitely call them in the future for any roofing needs. Wonderful to work with!"

"Overall, Preferred Roofing did an excellent job! I am very pleased with Dave Zier (owner) and his crews. Dave provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process and was very thorough every step of the way. The new GAF Camelot II roof looks great as do the new gutters and downspouts. I would definitely recommend Preferred Roofing and I will hire them again in the future for any of my roofing needs. Give Dave Zier a call...you'll be very glad that you did so!"

"Excellent service. They did a great repair job on my roof. No longer leaks!"

"I love my roof. Everyone I talked to was very nice and helpful. the whole process was very smooth and easy. once the roofing was delivered they installed it very quickly and did a great job."

"They did a great job. The roof was done in one long day. The job inside was huge. They did it much more quickly than we'd expected and it looks fantastic. Any problems that came up were dealt with immediately and to our satisfaction. We've already recommended Apex to our neighbors who need a new roof and we're planning to use them again for other projects.

"Great! Several other roofing companies said I didn't need a new roof, but leaks inside the house said otherwise. This company believed me and even went and put extra water shielding under the new roof to give me piece of mind. Haven't had a single leak inside the house since!"

"They were very responsive and quick to come out to the site and evaluate replacing the old one. They arrived on time and were very knowledgeable on what would be the best option for the roof. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof."
