He was always punctual, communicated very well, was personable and a pleasure to work with. He pays attention to detail and does high quality work. He was able to complete every part of the project without subcontracting any part of it. Ken gave us a timely quote and even met with us in person to go over it. He was able to start and finish the entire project quickly and for a great price. He even helped us with an unrelated emergency repair needed a day before Christmas. "The company responded quickly to my message. A tech came out and provided an estimate. We ended up changing a few things around but they were flexible. They were a little backed up so it took a few weeks to get on the schedule but all work was done in one day. The gentleman installed a new dog door into our 3rd bay so our dogs could get into the fenced in backyard. He also fixed some trim work that my dog had chewed on, installed hose racks and a new hose splitter on the side of the house. I had new patio chairs and one was missing the correct drill hole to assemble and he added the hole and assembled the chair. He was very helpful as I added a few of the items on the day he came. I would definitely hire them again for other projects! It was so nice to just have everything completed quickly and properly!"

The entire Schwartz team was extremely helpful from start to finish. Nathan helped design the stairs, with our input, and went through all of the appropriate channels for inspections and DNR. While the build was in progress, the whole team was considerate and friendly, and we were updated on the progress and discussed options as the stairs took shape. The craftsmanship is topnotch, and you can tell they know what they are doing. They even finished up our fence that had to be cut through to reach the stairs. The end product is beautiful, and I cant recommend Schwartz Solutions enough."
