Noble Home Improvement rescreened our screened in porch and also replaced a number of pieces of wood that had rotted. They replaced the screen with a better, more durable screen then we originally had installed and cut grooves in the boards next to the concrete to promote drainage and help prevent the rotting we experienced previously. The owner, Doug, was great to work with and always willing to answer all the questions we had. The work was done in about a day (broken up between two days) and looks great. I’d definitely hire them again for any other projects around our home.

"Mr. and Mrs. [Member Name Removed] have expressed dissatisfaction with the gazebo portion of a deck and gazebo contracted for. On the original contract, a picture of the exact gazebo is displayed. All work on the deck and electrical is finished and with no questions. The only work left is to finish plumbing and securing the gazebo posts and add the railing. This is a manufactured gazebo that well-made and strong enough to withstand wind and weather. We have installed these before and are confident in the structure. Once the deck was finished and prior to building the gazebo, I walked Mr. [Member Name Removed] around deck and showed him where 13’ gazebo would sit; at that time, there was no objection. Our crew of four men had no problem walking between hot tub and gazebo during construction. Even when the [Member Name Removed]’[Member Information Removed] laid out railing, there was still had no problem entering area, walking between the hot tub and gazebo and there was enough room to remove the covering and place it at the back of the gazebo. The area of concern is that they want 6” more inches on each side between hot tub and gazebo. I have found that the [Member Name Removed]’[Member Information Removed] have taken several liberties with their statements and attempts to tell me what the labor, materials and overhead costs are. With a deterioration in discussions, we recommended mediation through the Better Business Bureau. Noble Home Improvement has years of superior service through the Better Business Bureau and the Angi company as documented by customer testimonials as well as being a preferred contractors with Indiana’[Member Information Removed] largest realtor, F.C. Tucker. This is a rare situation that cannot be remedied with Customer and we have acted in good faith in detailing the disputed credits."

Doug and his team were great! We needed our deck rebuilt and reinforced for our hot tub. They build a deck sturdy enough for several hot tubs!! Doug came out quickly and gave us a very reasonable quote and was back out two days later to start the job. I wouldn't hesitate to call Doug for any home improvement project.

We are very pleased with the work Doug and his crew performed. He is pleasant to work with, does quality work, and the pricing is very competitive. His company was referred by friends who had similar work done. We had a few minor issues with communication that were all resolved and the timing was a bit longer than I originally expected. However, that would affect other small business owners managing several projects. Overall, we are very pleased with the final project, would use them again, and would recommend to others. I also liked that he stands by his work and said he would return if we needed something corrected.

This is a long story that I will keep short and objective. Chose him due to him being referred and having solid 5* reviews. My experience was disappointing. 1) Put down deposit back in July to get fence done 2) Immediately started work within a few weeks (great) in the wrong spot (not great) despite plans being clear 3) Ripped up yard when digging the holes then charged me to fix it. Fought tooth & nail over the fact 4) Project put on pause due to my old HOA agreement, which I needed updated and proper approval was needed (my fault). He said keep him updated and we'll continue to move forward with completely new project after the first piece of work was paid off. Ultimately paid him $4100 5) Fought me tooth & nail to the fact I deserved a refund on the return of materials (switched materials from wood to aluminum, due to new HOA agreement). Eventually gave me a check for the refund (then another check because he wrote under the correct amount for the first one) 6) Kept him updated on HOA approval and when it was eventually approved, he backed out saying he's booked, knowing it was too late in the season and keeping that information to himself. Overall, not a great communicator, poor judgement, unprofessional. Screwed me out of some money. Left with holes in the yard in the wrong spot for fence anyway, and probably too late in the season to find another fence company. Wouldn't recommend; lost over $1500 in the process.

"We had numerous missteps with this customer starting with him not getting his HOA approval for a wooden fence and numerous unwarranted negative comments. We declined to bid on a second metal fence. It is rare for us not to bid on a project because of an owner's issues."

I'm a little late leaving this review, but it's in no way a comment on their service. I should've left this the day they finished up. We had a fairly large deck entirely falling apart. Much of the structure was old but still usable and many companies that gave us a quote refused to work around that, insisting on a full (and expensive) rebuild. Thankfully, we found Noble Home Improvement. They came out and immediately knew what the problem was and how to address it. Within a few weeks they worked around my schedule to pull up all of the deck boards, fix the structural issues, and then replace each board with new wood. Beyond that, they laid the new boards down in a very high-end looking design that ended up so much nicer than I could've expected. I can't say enough about the quality of their work, the new deck is very sturdy and looks amazing. Even more important, they were helpful, respectful, and responsive. Will absolutely be going with this company again in the future.
