Repair of small guest bathroom shower/tub area. Chose americraft bc they had no complaints on bbb and good reviews on social media. After obtaining quote greg came out to evaluate repair and answer questions. Our perception was that Greg lost interest when we didn’t want to change tub to shower or replace the bathtub. Just to keep existing tub. This would have brought quote down 2 to 3 thousand dollars. At this point Greg practically ran out of our condo. Never heard back from them. Our perception is that Americraft is not nterested if project is 10 thousand or lower. My wife may of scared him with either providing awareness of plumbing problems with common area or had all lights off except bathroom bc she’s embarrassed of our condo. Do not recommend for small projects.

We hired Americraft for our kitchen and laundry room remodel. The remodel included: gutting kitchen, installing new cabinetry and windows, laying luxury vinyl flooring, and painting. The team including Vinnie (Project manager), Shawn and Vic were excellent and very professional. They answered any questions we had, and quickly rectified any concerns. The team was very flexible with additions we thought of after the project started. After the project was completed, we found them responsive to one minor adjustment to a kitchen cabinet door. During the project we were kept well informed of what to expect including any delays. We felt comfortable having them in our home. They arrived promptly and cleaned up before leaving for the day. The quality of the workmanship was excellent including the plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, dry walling, painting, and trim work. The communication from the project manager Vinnie was excellent. We will use Americraft for any future projects.

Greg (the owner) came out in mid-March, 2021, for an estimate. Said we would hear from him in a couple of weeks and meet at showroom. Never heard from him again. If he didn't want the job (because the job didn't pay enough money for him???), the professional thing to do would be to let us know. Needless to say, we did get our project done by a much more reputable company.

Americraft was professional and the work was done as agreed upon. They kept me informed throughout the process, and even worked around other workers that were in the house. The final product was better than expected. Work was completed on time (actually early). If/when the need comes up for another remodel I would certainly hire them again.

We have a house it over 100 years old so it mean that we need a lot of work on our house. Our kitchen was outdated and we didn't have a lot of counter space with our sink face the wall. That was poor design and we never like it. So we thought it time to remodel and get what we like but we want to keep our old radiator and not knock down any wall around the kitchen. So when we met with Greg owner of Americraft he show us how we can transform our outdated kitchen to something we love. He gave us an idea to shrink our windows to put our farmhouse sink face our backyard and running counter top over radiator. It was a great idea and now we love how much space, countertop, and cabinets to fit our needs. OVerall, they are professional and very responsible showed up on time and always answers our question or concern. They finished this kitchen on-time which made our life much better. We love this new kitchen and we really enjoy it.

This was the second major remodeling project that Americraft completed for us. Just like the kitchen remodel a few years ago we are very happy with our new space. The bathroom is beautiful. There was a lot of space to work with and many configuration options. The team was patient with us as we worked through the decision-making process together. We are quite pleased with the high quality of work, particularly the tile work.

We had a full remodel done on a mid century modern in Naperville, lots of work from the basement to the roof. Greg Cutler and his team treated us like family. Very satisfied.

It was great! They added a master bathroom and closet to our master bedroom. Really optimized the space. From meeting and planning to construction and finish, they did an excellent job. Good communication, very professional. Made sure it was how we wanted it with very good attention to the details. The guys on the crew were very nice too, had a lot of confidence in them. The project involved removing a pantry and moving walls. Greg worked with the architect, plumber, hvac and electrician to determine the best plan and submitted drawing for the permits. Went with the Amish cabinets that Greg recommended and we love them. Vinnie and Clint performed most of the day to day work and did a great job. Throughout the project, Vinnie answered my questions and he took pride in his work. Job was finished in about 7 weeks, which was just as Greg estimated. I would recommend Americraft and would be open to using them again in the future.

Greg was great to work with. We originally got a quote 1 1/2 years before we actually signed the contract and Greg remembered our initial conversations. He was very flexible with our budget. Vinnie and Clint were always prompt in the morning and kept us informed on what they planned on completing each week. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and their craftsmanship was very impressive. Overall, extremely happy with the outcome.

The renovation turned out just as we envisioned. The workmanship In all areas was excellent. From the structural elements all the way to the finish carpentry and paint. I was my own designer and it was wonderful collaborating on the project with Thomas and Clint. We sectioned off a portion of our lengthy bedroom area to make it a dedicated office. A 10’ long built-in unit was custom made to my specific dimensions and turned out just as I had hoped. We gutted in our master bath and once again the very detailed design was brought to life beautifully. Thank you so much to Greg, Kathy, Thomas, Clint and all who worked on our project in any way. It was everything I had hoped for! The team was a real delight to work with. They were trustworthy, professional and very creative. They came up with solutions to all my designing need. Great ideas and really attentive. I get a lot of admiration for my new kitchen and I am very happy!

It went very well, the work was done expertly by true craftsmen. Part of being a great general contractor is picking great employesssubcontractors to do the work. Americraft has the best. Greg and his team did what they promised, and it came out just like they said. There was only one scheduling glitch, but that was beyond their control (shower doors did not arrive from manufacturer). We are very happy with the results, and the price was right too.

Work went great. Jeremy, the lead on the site, was professional and knowledgeable. We asked for changes from original designs twice and they accommodated. They also accommodated me when I forgot about two needed outlets after walls were up! Greg has since been out after projects completion and payment to assist me with a fridge issue. Very attentive after project completion.

This was the second time I hired Americraft to do remodeling in my home. The first time, I had two bathrooms redone. I was pleased with the outcome, so this summer, I hired them to remodel my kitchen. Greg and his crew are professional, and know how to get the job done right. All I had to do was choose cabinets, lighting and fixtures. They did the rest. I had a very tight budget, but they were able to create the kitchen of my dreams within that budget. I also ended up having them refinish my living room floors and paint my living room walls as part of the project. I am truly happy with the results. I woulddefinitely hire Americraft again.

The kitchen remodel went smoothly, Greg was easy to work with in the crew was there on time. They cleaned up every day and asked questions when needed.

Greg Cutler checked in frequently. Crew leader Vinnie and Clint were absolutely fabulous. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and very clean. Both were very helpful with ideas. They were meticulous in their work. Each day when they left the area was swept and vacuumed. There were a couple small delays the major one was our floor was uneven and needed to be leveled out with self leveling concrete. Delaying progress by a few days. Tiling the entire area at once impossible due to being unable to walk on immediately. We where tiling at all 3 of our exits. All not their fault. The wrong range hood size was delivered and replaced quickly. Things went very smoothly for the most part.

The simple things first. Greg's crew lead by Vinnie were there everyday on time, hugely important. They were as clean as possible and very professional. The work. We were very satisfied with the quality of materials( my wife made sure of that ) and the workmanship provided. No job is perfect, we had some additional costs due to the village of Woodridge and plumbing hiding in the walls but we felt they were always fair. I would highly recommend using them.
