I came up with the overall plan and Mark (owner) of Modern View provided recommendations on where to go to select cabinets, quartz countertop, tile and faucets. "We did a remodel of our Kitchen and Master bath. The kitchen was a big project, taking out a wall and removing the back door, enlarging our bay to accommodate sliding doors. New countertops, cabinets and an island were installed. Tile was removed from the kitchen/ foyer and replaced with hardwood floors. They gave us a time frame for 4 months. We added on painting, carpet installation. tiling a hallway and new vanity and toilet in the half bath. They accommodated the extra work and completed it in a timely manner, without interruption for other jobs. We could not be more pleased with the work. Everything turned out beautifully. Terry, Jody and Brian were a pleasure to work with. They were reliable, on time and cleaned up daily. Jody is a perfectionist and if something wasn't done right it would be redone to meet his standards. They were helpful with design and handled every add on. They did not ask for money up front and kept cost updated frequently."

"In 2017, I hired Salvador and his crew to renovate and remodel our basement. The work consisted of installing drywall, insulation, canned lighting, electrical work, installing a few HVAC air vents and return, and carpet. From the beginning, I knew this project was going to go very smoothly. Salvador paid close attention to what I wanted and ensured that this project will be completed in a timely matter. His responses to requests or questions were very fast which made me feel even more comfortable. Every little change or request I made during the remodel, he accepted and did it without making it seem like it was a big deal. His prices were VERY fair for the amount of work that was involved. Salvador's crew discovered the root causes on where the guest shower was leaking. Without hesitation, they offered a solution and immediately began to rectify the problem. After the problem was fixed, they continued working on the Master Bathroom. The final result was absolutely perfect. One thing I can't express enough in words is their attention to detail. From demolition to clean-up, Salvador's company is one of the hardest working companies I know. High Quality Painting does not skip any corners and renovates according to city building codes. They will also not let anything go unnoticed. During the bathroom remodel, they discovered that one of our bathroom fans was not connected to vent to the outside. They brought this to my attention and fixed this problem. These are the important details I look for in a company. A company that doesn't turn the other cheek and decides to fix any issues that may cause a future problem. He connected us with workers who added a backsplash to our kitchen, installed a new window to replace one that leaked, and painted the entire 6-room apartment. The latest project was to build custom closet cabinets in our master bedroom and a custom bench in the master bathroom and they are amazing! Nick was very helpful during the pre-build process as he came onsite and we discussed various wood options, layouts, designs, etc. and during the build process Nick was great about giving us progress updates. I also have to commend Nick on being flexible and taking on extra last-minute projects that came up.
