Moreover, Thomas identified that the previous exhaust vent, installed by another service provider, was poorly built and connected. He went the extra mile to rectify the situation, purchasing the right materials that should have been used initially. This showcases his dedication to delivering high-quality service and correcting mistakes made by others. Despite adverse weather conditions (it being -12 degrees on a Sunday in Chicago), Thomas returned to sand the drywall, insisting on completing the job thoroughly.
