I told him the chores that I was wanting to be rectified. These were lights, fan in two bathrooms. Decisions for ceiling lights, under the counter lights updated, using existing cut spaces to fit the updated lighting. Checked all electrical outlets for appropriate wiring. Same with existing ceiling fans, wiring appropriately. Sanded, primed and painted the ceiling joists that were not taped but caulked incorrectly by a previous handyman. Discussed fixing many cracks in the ceiling throughout the open concept for 3 rooms. He sent me an itemized quote for all items . Also redid 5 ceiling lights with new lighting electric boxes. Will be discussing a choice of floor for a home on a slab. His work is thoughtful, compliant for coded work. He is nice, respectful, and descriptive to his work status and work status. Very very professional and he does excellent work as we had our bedroom painted and on suite bathroom, also Tom repaired a small section of our drywall in our garage, his workmanship is excellent, and he moved some furnature and cleaned the space when he finished, a very professional job well done, we would definitely recommend him !

Thomas did an excellent job in restoring the interior of my garage. Taking down cabinets, retaping and repatching drywall that had been neglected for 20 plus years. Finished by applying two coats of paint. Price was very reasonable. Very professional.

Thomas was absolutely amazing from first contact to finishing the fence repair project. He was open and honest about the project as far as pricing and the work required. He responded promptly to messages and arrived on time as promised. He made sure I was happy with the completion and cleaned up any materials, leaving my yard as He found it. He also asked if I needed him to do anything else before leaving. I've had really bad luck with contractors in the past but he was absolutely amazing. For sure will hire again.

Very friendly explain every step does a good job

Tho as did an amazing job with a deck that had seen better days. He got rid of the rotted boards and was very conscientious of the fact I have elderly dogs and made sure it was safe for them. He will be coming back to work on several other projects for me. Highly recommend!
