Ezra was very professional. He was able to get my stuck door latch out without damaging anything else and replaced it with a new door lock. He was able to give me an upfront pricing after I sent him a video of the issues of my lock too!

Ezra checked all the boxes of what you want with a locksmith: (1) prompt initial response, (2) speaks with you before coming out to understand the issue and to make sure he has the necessary parts to repair (as there are many types of locks), (3) arrives on-time, (4) only repairs what is necessary, (5) explains things very well, and (6) charges a reasonable price (he has to run a business to run but does not under or over charge). Ezra is professional, honest, pleasant to deal with and answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. He is highly recommended!!

Great! On time, courteous, neatly done. Great teaching about the lock and its app/software. Most importantly to me, excellent preparation call. I couldn’t get the Anji app to complete the transaction. Ezra called me while I was trying, and we did everything outside the app. He explained which lock to order, and why, and explained exactly how this would be an addition to the commercial mortise lock already in place. He had me send a photo of the existing lock, and had us do a little exploration in our building of what others have installed. We were very pleased with the whole process.

I wanted the locks rekeyed on my new home. Wow, the locksmith, Ezra, worked quickly, was able to troubleshoot any issues that came up, made sure all locks were addressed, and that all locks were on the same key. He even reprogrammed the garage door opener. He also offered security tips for new home owners. Reasonably priced and readily available.

Ezra did a great job at re-keying the whole house, garage, and back gate to the same key in very quick time. He also made door adjustments to lengthen the life of the deadbolts and door hardware and make the door function better. He gave free advice on reprogramming garage doors and the smart lock on the front door. Overall her took less than an hour to complete the entirety of the work and it was impeccable. Great pricing as well, would definitely hire again!

Absolutely amazing work! 1 of the 3 locks was definitely going to be a pain because the nature and quality of the door. Ezra took his time and did it right the first time.
