"When I first contacted Cristy, the co-owner, she quickly arranged the move and gave me a price quote during a very busy month. She was creative in squeezing me into her schedule. The movers arrived on time in CT and loaded the truck carefully and quickly. When they arrived in DC the next morning, also on time, they were extremely careful will all items. Nothing was damaged or broken, including my house, and they completed the job without any problems whatsoever. I have never experienced any movers as careful and considerate as Garrett and Chase were. Christy kept me updated along the way regarding changes in the schedule. She was also a delight to work with. If this company every went public, I would invest heavily in it since it excels ahead of all of its competition as far as my research showed. The price for the job was reasonable considering both the competition and the difficulty I would have experienced if I did the move myself. I would hire them again without any hesitation.

"I hired Moving APT early last year when I relocated for work. The move was approximately, an 8-hour drive away from my home. Customer service was very responsive and friendly. I would consider the cost of the move fair as it was booked a few weeks out.
The only two issues I had were that the movers arrived a day later than I requested. Because of this, I had to stay in a hotel. Also, my boxspring arrived with a hole in it. Basic insurance was included in the cost of my move and customer service kindly expedited payment to me.

"This group was great and the estimate was very accurate. We had 4 movers (Jose & 'D', and a few others). These guys worked so hard non-stop for 10 hrs. They wrapped and padded the furniture and took things very slowly. They were kind, respectful, and fun. Great customer service from the owner as well, he contacted me multiple times prior to let me know we were all good on schedule. It was nice to pay a reasonable price. Initially, we had several email and telephone exchanges to describe the move, how many rooms we had, how much stuff we had to develop a firm proposal.
